I felt verry comfortable eating inside. There was a feel like they care about your food and they aslo always ask how my day is and feels sincere. Food was hot and tasty cheese melting perfectly into the meat. I'd take my whole family here every day if I could. Deb and Tiffany especially have always had the best attitude and treat everyone in a way that will cheer you up on a bad day. Thank you thank you thank you! Firehouse subs is my favorite now!

First time at FireHouse subs in Kettering. Can’t say impressed by staff. Asked about GF options. Told they have GF bread only. They told me that all the deli meat/cheese and condiments were not GF. So I settled for Grilled Chicken sub. Not sure why you would advertise having GF rolls if there is nothing else GF on site, that’s deceptive. If there were other GF options then staff needs to be better educated.
Not sure based off this experience I will be back, guess...

My daughter was in an art show near this location today.. such a friendly guy in a Bengals toboggan took our orders- amazing service- amazing food- amazing sweet tea! Highly recommend eating here!
