Placed an online order through the app and the order defaulted to a pickup time that I couldn’t change 30minutes from the initial order placement. Went into the store and the staff made my food immediately and quickly so I could get back to work from my lunch break.

This location just gets worse over time. I used to love this location back in 2021/2022. It has been nothing but downhill ever since. They give skimpy portions and wanna nickel & dime you for every last thing. I had a BOGO coupon so we went in today. For two entrees, 1 bags of chips & a 4 oz queso it was gonna be $26. Included in that he also charged for extra sour cream & extra cheese. Light portions were given first & the “extra” made it a normal portion, which we had to pay for. Even with a BOGO coupon it was $18. At Chipotle we can get two entrees & chips for $19. If we get queso it brings up to $22. With no coupon. Not to mention, this location has cycled through the worst employees any manager can imagine. There is constantly attitude from every employee & manager every single time we come. I used to prefer Hothead but at this point, the food tastes better at Chipotle without the poor service & nickel & diming.

Drive through was incredibly fast today. The service from the gentleman @ the window was great, he was very kind! And the food was exceptionally fresh today! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Leaving another review because our previous contact got no response, no phone call, not even an apology, even though they commented on it and asked us to contact them. No manager is ever working at this store and everyone claims no one knows how to give a refund. It’s been over a month at this point.
We come to this specific location all the time. I get the same thing every time, which is build your own nachos. They called someone from the back who came out to make my food with gloves already on, no idea what he was doing with those gloves in the back. He proceeded to angrily make my food with his hands, not using any tools (including the pico which he smashed in his hand as he put it in) and giving me 1/3 the food I usually get. Literally tiny handfuls of each ingredient. I watched the person after him use every tool and give the other people in my party the correct amount of food. The most strange, rude experience I have ever had a restaurant. He obviously does not want to be working with people and should absolutely never be allowed to again.

The food was tasteless, $14.00 for 3 small tacos. Smaller than Taco Bells. I absolutely do not recommend Hot Head! Just another restaurant that can't produce their advertising and just takes people's hard working money.

Ordered a burrito bowl, as I always do, and this is what they did! Lol! There is no tortilla with a burrito bowl, that's the whole point! The employees seemed confused on how to make anything, and on how to even ring us up. Tasted really off/rancid too! Worse experience we have had with Hot Head!

I'm never disappointed when I come to Hot Head Burritos. I was definitely satisfied with my food and service at this location. Everyone was cool and professional. My food was hot and fresh. I got a barbacoa burrito bowl and it was extremely delicious. The portions of everything were perfect. Every bite I took, I was feeling like Guy Fieri, taking a trip to FlavorTown!!! Nothing was cold or undercooked, I just really enjoyed my meal and the service provided there!

Got two different smothered burritos, and while the site was understaffed, the gent working did a great job of making our food hot and fresh. Very polite and enthusiastic about the product. Much better steak and chicken than other locations as well as very well cooked rice and pinto beans.
