Ordered a burrito and a bowl online, went to pick up waited ten minutes at the speaker for NO ONE to respond to me, pulled to window rung bell, when got food it was nothing I ordered, $35. worth of trash.......never again!!!

I went to this location this evening 1-16-24 at 5:30pm and the guy taking care of my order would not abide by the advertised discount on that locations Facebook page. He argued with me about it and was very rude. I even pulled up the discount advertisement of buy one get one free that's good until January 31st. Even though I showed the ad to him he refused the discount. Very unsatisfied with the service there today. Food was great but service was not.

I want hot heads tonight for me and my boyfriend and the girl who works there was very rude and I told her I want a smothered burrito and she start to wrap it and I told I wasn’t done and I know how this company works Ive work for hot head before on far hills. And then after I was done with my order I told her I want more Queso and I’m like girl I know there isn’t much on there.. I didn’t like her attitude at all..

Always a pleasure in there. Definitely recommend the catering. The manager and crew on a Saturday night went above and beyond to make sure it was all fantastic. Gets 5 stars for all. First time ordering catering for 25 people. We'll worth it and will be ordering catering from there again.
