Please put the sandwich I asked for (42 on rosemary parm, 10 on rosemary parm) on the bread I asked for. Especially when there was only one other customer in the store. It wasn’t busy. Nearly $40 for two incorrect sandwiches sucks. Sorry I didn’t check when I was in store. That’s on me. Was told a refund/credit was not possible. Wondering why that is as I see that orders for $10-$20 over the phone were given…

I'm a stiffer for a great sandwich. Lord knows that I love a good, well put together submarine sandwich, and Jersey Mike's delivers that every single time I eat there. Hands down, they have the best submarine sandwiches in the game today. My favorite is the ham and turkey. I destroyed the first sandwich quickly, so I went back in and ordered another one for lunch tomorrow. This place is a must-have if you love the submarine sandwiches and customer service is very elite and super fast. I like that.

Not impressed. Was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and the kids that work there wouldn't listen, they made an extra sub bc of that and tried to charge us for the wrong one they made. The sub I did get was super messy with buffalo sauce covering half the sub, was too much to bear to even eat 🤮. Will not be going back

it’s good but i seem to always get the wrong order and when i come my order is just simply never ready 😒 i’ll even order it 30 minutes before and it’s always they make it when i come… kinda silly. i order before time for a reason.
