The girl running the drive through window is RUDE!!! I usually don't have any complaints with the people working here but she changed that today. I pulled up to the drive through and said I had a Doordash order and she told me to pull forward. I get to the window, she opens it, doesn't greet me or anything and hands me my bag and drink with one hand BARELY reaching past the window so I had to stretch to grab it. She was talking to someone (I'm assuming on the phone) and didn't say a word to me. I just drove off. She also didn't fill my drink all the way and didn't give me a straw. Customer service is dead.

Tried to eat here many occasions. There always a problem. Today we are waiting for bread?! Employee seems overworked and under appreciated. Owner doesn't seem to care by the responses to the other comments. Better off spending your money elsewhere

Service should have 0 star. The sub says toasted next to it and they tell me I have to say toasted. So they made the two subs then won’t toast them because I didn’t state that when I ordered. When it clearly says it next to the item

Eli is amazing!! They forgot cheese on my sandwich and before I pulled off, he RAN OUTSIDE to fix my order and make my sandwich correctly. They are always so nice and attentive! Thank you Eli for going above and behind to make my sandwich correctly :-)

Ordered one chicken wrap at 12:22pm Thursday May 8, it didn't come. I called at 1pm worried about whether the driver was okay but there was no answer, it rang and rang until it disconnected. I gave it a few minutes and tried calling back, it disconnected after ringing a long time again. I called a third time nearly an hour after ordering and got someone right away. Before mentioning anything about who I was they said they were remaking my order and it would get to me when they got to me. I gave them about another half hour and called and again nobody answered. They answered on the second call this time and I asked to cancel my order and give me my money back. They said if I get my money back it should come through Monday or Tuesday. I said to put it through and made sure they had the information they needed to cancel my order and refund it and I'll make sure to update this review if I do actually get my money back. Horrible place. No Jimmy Johns should not be open if there are not enough people to make a simple sandwich and deliver that sandwich exactly 1/3 of a mile from their location.

My pick up order was made in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwiches were nicely made, not overly sauced or low on toppings.
