Eli is amazing!! They forgot cheese on my sandwich and before I pulled off, he RAN OUTSIDE to fix my order and make my sandwich correctly. They are always so nice and attentive! Thank you Eli for going above and behind to make my sandwich correctly :-)

Ordered one chicken wrap at 12:22pm Thursday May 8, it didn't come. I called at 1pm worried about whether the driver was okay but there was no answer, it rang and rang until it disconnected. I gave it a few minutes and tried calling back, it disconnected after ringing a long time again. I called a third time nearly an hour after ordering and got someone right away. Before mentioning anything about who I was they said they were remaking my order and it would get to me when they got to me. I gave them about another half hour and called and again nobody answered. They answered on the second call this time and I asked to cancel my order and give me my money back. They said if I get my money back it should come through Monday or Tuesday. I said to put it through and made sure they had the information they needed to cancel my order and refund it and I'll make sure to update this review if I do actually get my money back. Horrible place. No Jimmy Johns should not be open if there are not enough people to make a simple sandwich and deliver that sandwich exactly 1/3 of a mile from their location.

They depend on uber eats and door dash. My last two orders had missing items. Called the store…..oh we can give you a credit. No. How bout you have your own drivers?

My pick up order was made in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwiches were nicely made, not overly sauced or low on toppings.
Really bad customer service. Completely messed up my order, when I called - didnt even excuse themselves. The guys at the counter are nice, but the lady on the phone is not polite at all. Will not choose this location.

This is the 2nd time in 2 days I have tried to eat at Jimmy John’s and have not been able to order food. Yesterday, it was because the store closed early. Today, they say their internet is down and they can’t take orders. Why don’t employees know how to take orders without the internet? Both instances the employees weren’t sorry and don’t seem to care. No loss for them if they don’t have to work. Whilst I was talking to the male employee today telling him what happened yesterday, he starts talking to another person! Horrible customer service with this chain.

Please shut the back door so roaches mice squirrels, and whatever else comes through that back door does not get into the food. People who leave the back door to restaurants open are stupid. It is a dangerous ignorant thing to do. They don’t put up those signs don’t open up this door at night for nothing unless you’re taking out the garbage leave the door shut and locked.

I really like Jimmy John's subs, this new one on Wilmington Pike. Very nice. Very clean. The sandwich was good, but there was more lettuce on it than there was roast beef, don't get me wrong. Wrong. The sandwich was delicious. It could have done with a little bit more meat!
