Worst service KFC in Dayton at Dorothy lane. Every time they do late for delivery and worst answer for the customers and plz make it fast for delivery order

Went through the drive through. He was very nice. That was the ONLY GOOD thing about. My experience. How can kfc be this bad? My husband said just stop bitching. I paid 30 bucks for this combo deal that.had 6 tenders and 6 pieces of chicken and 2 shareable sides and only 4 biscuits. I see no one from the restaurant ever looks at these reviews but I am just discouraged enough to ward the rest of the world. Biscuits were sooo dry. No honey tenders were flavorless I wasn’t convinced it was really chicken. The regular chicken was sooooo dry it was barely edible. awful is what is was. I figured they can’t screw up the coleslaw but I hated it. Then the gravy looked great but had no taste. No seasoning at all. What’s going on here?

First getting ignored at the front counter was the first clue it was going to be bad! Chicken was old and dry and at $40 a bucket, just wrong. The wings were inedible and the rest was dried and shriveled. Tried to call the store and they could have cared less! Told me nothing they could do and go online to file a complaint. Wouldn’t change it out so never going back there!

I went on 10/31/24 to this KFC, I’ve been here before with no complaints but this time it was terrible. I don’t know if they changed the recipe but the chicken was not good. It tasted like it was fixed in scorched oil. Whoever fixed it needs to be fired for serving such chicken. I will most likely not go back there.
Stood at the counter 20 mins before walking out I seen the employee's they had to see me im 6'3 300 plus lbs never said a word to me just talked to each other and served drive thru so I left and went over to Popeyes where I got excellent service and hot fresh food I'll never go back to this KFC

I got to the drive through at this KFC and I was hungry. I ordered from the drive through, it was clean, fast, Malea employee was very nice, and when I got my food/drove 10 minutes home the food was incredible and still very hot thank you!!
Who ever you had working the window, on 08/29/24 at 12pm, give that man a raise. Excellent customer service and fresh food. His attitude and service genuinely made my day better.
My grandma went here the other day and it’s the second time they have been completely out of chicken at 5 o clock and not bc they are busy. The workers are lazy and probably on drugs the girl at the counter was staring off into space and acting super weird when talking to us. She said they wouldn’t have any chicken up for 22 mins???? Everyone in that place needs fired. How do you not have any chicken in a Kentucky fried chicken restaurant at any time?? We ended up getting nothing and won’t be back this place is awful. If there was a less than 1 star option I would choose that.

Constantly out of chicken when I stop in. The KFC in Sugarcreek is a much better run restaurant. I won't be back to this one even though it is 3 minutes from my house because of the constant issues keeping food in stock.

Some of the food was hot and so.e was cold, the apple bites taste like chicken, so they mush fry everything in the same grease. So they should call them apple fried chicken bites.
Parking: The parking is free, but they should tell the employees not to pull up at the front door, and door dash, or Uber eats.

My stepfather would be rolling in his grave he was management for 30 years. Everybody in that KFC that works there is a joke management should be fired that whole building should be torn to the ground. Extremely poor service when you have kids running around playing behind the counter and I'm talking about the crew. Very small portions on food depends on if they feel like working if their speaker is going to work. Less than one star and again, that place should be leveled to the ground it's something better put in its place
