Extremely gross chicken. Trying to pick up a breast and it was so slimy I literally couldn't hold it and when I got a grip the whole breast fell apart into so many pieces, extremely unusual and offputting. The skin also not crispy, it is so sopping wet and greasy that it is inedible, I cannot finish it. The mashed potatoes are okay but that doesn't make up for anything, the chicken is so unusual that I have lost my appetite and do NOT trust these current employees to make my food. I will not be back.

This place has gone downhill tremendously. Cold food. Missing items. Customer service is a joke. They literally have no quality control. I'm embarrassed that I chose to feed my family this garbage. Other locations are great. This one unfortunately needs a lot of improvement.

Let’s see, do I start with the unwillingness of the staff to take our order and instated being directed to use the self order kiosks, the weed stem and remnants on the table, the missing food from our order, that missing food being replaced with the wrong food, the heavy death metal rock music playing over the speakers, or the chicken being dry, or the fries being so far overcooked that they weren’t even edible?
I think that paints a pretty good picture of this location. Do. Not. Recommend.

My wife submitted a mobile order that I picked up. It was supposed to be a six piece meal with 2 drums, 2 thighs, 1 breast, 1 wing and we received 4 wings, 1 breast, and 1 thigh. All pieces were lukewarm and dried out to the point of being inedible. I called the store and was told they have no more chicken for the day (at 3:45 in the afternoon) and that they couldn't offer anything else to remedy the bad food. I was told I'd have to contact KFC headquarters to do anything else. Won't be going back.

Went thru the drive—in. The price was $8.61, then she asked if I want to upgrade to $9.00 for their charity. I said , no.. I had asked for no ice in my Pepsi. When I paid and got my food at the window, my Pepsi was FULL of ice. When I told her that I said no ice, she closed the window on me! Your window lady was extremely rude! Had to throw away the watered down Pepsi. Maybe if you wouldn’t make your people ask for donations, your employees wouldn’t be so RUDE to people who won’t donate! Maybe. I could have gotten a Pepsi with no ice as I ordered. I will never go back! So, do your employees get incentives for people who donate?? Bad IDEA! It sure turned my window woman into a nasty shrew.

I just got the chicken sandwich with nuggets and fries The chicken sandwich was absolutely horrible. It was hard and I spit it out. I couldn’t even chew it so I tried another bite thinking it would get better and it got worse. I just ended up Throwing away the whole sandwich I’m so disappointed. I wasted my money on that meal. It was horrible. You guys are supposed to be KFC. You’re supposed to have good chicken. That’s what you’re known for but it tasted horrible. Do better next time.

I ordered the Country Fried Steak meal. Worst I have ever gotten! I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. When I opened it up, there was no gravy at all on the mashed potatoes and only about a tablespoon of gravy on the steak patty. Where there was no gravy, the patty was hard as a rock. I will definitely avoid this KFC in the future!
