I was pleased to have a person who actually cared about his job!!! He made us fresh nuggets without us asking and he was pleasant to speak to and very kind and amazing. It's been a long time since I have had a great experience at any restaurant!! I have been to 3 fast food places today and he made my day!!

I understand why serious so bad. I applied here and received an email and text to schedule an interview with josh. I also received daily confirmation text and emails from Josh. I arrived 30 minutes early today and was told Josh was not hiring. This was curious since I received six confirmation text plus there are signs and flags stating "Now Hiring" all around the store. Is it because I am disabled? I use a cane. Or because I am a veteran? Or over 40? I just don't understand. Maybe your just completely incompetent and rude so your employees are also.

I have been going to this KFC on and off for the last 40 years. Through the years they have served food that was really good and really bad. They seem to be on an upswing lately with the quality and freshness. I will be a regular customer again as long as it stays good.Parking: Easy in and easy out.
Had to pay at the window for a coupon book which was never given neither a receipt and the food was a little old and chicken strips or nuggets whatever they are is tough and dried out...... I reference my card account to see that $14.10 was taken a long with the extra dollar at the window....... It's not a very large amount of money but the experience is bad every time and so one is nervous about having continuous bad experiences. ButBAD EXPERIENCE AGAIN....!!! PREVIOUSLY I SPENT $40+ ON chicken for a Birthday that was as sorry, sorry, sorry as could be..... Sorry KFC, but I tell the truth.....

At 10pm 08/31 I went into the kfc drive thru. I could tell they were busy so I waited a bit, when they got on the mic I told them my order, she said the thighs would be 15 min, I expected this, but also had plenty of time. I asked if the lobby was open and if I could sit and wait in there, she said yeah so I pulled up and walked in. I only saw a tall black man and and a white woman working, (I’m sorry I didn’t get there names) but despite how busy they were, they were kind and generous. When the chicken was done they gave it to me and thanked me for my patience. Whoever they were thank you much!

Ordered 2 famous bowls, the chicken in both of them was not fully cooked which was absolutely disgusting. They’re going to make people sick at this location.

6:30pm old dry food. Small fry looks more like half eaten small fry. The fries that are there taste worst than cardboard. Dinner rush and the food tastes like it's been under a heat lamp for 6 hours. Dead giveaway this place needs new management / is not worth your money till the quality meets even the lowest of standards. I called them to let them know their food was unacceptable and they didn't seem to care.
