A small restaurant with hand-made dumplings and noodle dishes. I went there specifically because they had xiaolongbao (steamed soup dumplings). I was not disappointed. They were extraordinary! There is something special about hand-pulled noodles. They used to be a thing I could only get when my aunt decided that she wanted to try, but she wasn't very good at making them uniform with good bite. Kung Fu Noodle gives me masterful lamian with a flavorful broth. Something I didn't know I could get moving out into the Midwest.
