Our order was supposed to be done for pickup at 6:30 and I got there about 6:45 and although I could prove I had a code to retrieve the order and my actual receipt they couldn't find my order. Until they did at about 7:15 after 3 other workers asked me the same exact questions finally somebody from the kitchen said we're still working on the order. Finally at 8:30 I left with my pizza and no apology for 2 hours that I'll never get back.

As of December 5th 2025 the last three times I ordered there they don't cook their food all the way through every time I eat there I have the shits really bad. Don't eat there or else you'll get mud butt and they don't cut their pizzas good they suck. the worst

Don't bother ordering online. Even if you do, they'll lose the order and disappear into the back for 10 minutes before they come back up and ask you all over again. The pickup boxes aren't configured for automatic pickup by customers; they just use them as extended warm holds; placing completed orders in them, then forgetting about them.
The past few times I've ordered and paid online, they lost my order, served everyone in the waiting area (including people who ordered after me), only to find out that my order had been in the warming box the entire time. 40+ minute wait time for an order that was, according to their app, supposedly done and waiting for me before I even got there.
After waiting 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, an employee verified the name on my order and vanished into the back, only to come back out 10 minutes to double-check the name and vanish again. 15 minutes later, a different employee came out and verified my name, proceeded to hand out orders to everyone that had been waiting after me and vanish into the back again. After a total of 40+ minutes waiting, someone came back up, verified my name, then grabbed a couple of luke warm pizzas out of the warming box.
Employees spend more time singing and dancing in the back kitchen area than serving customers and dealing with orders.
Order from any other pizza place in the area and pick it up and you'll get it sooner than dealing with this location and it'll be fresher and better quality.
Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else.

Everytime I’m in here at the time of order saying it’s ready for pickup I either have to wait for someone to come to the counter while people in the back clearly aren’t doing anything or even acknowledging customers. And or the food isn’t even ready at pickup time and have waited 20 minutes for a simple slices and sticks pizza. Smh worse little ceasers location I’ve ever experienced

Little caesars’ around the Dayton area are typically not good, and even this one with better reviews is still bad. Dont expect your food to be ready by the time the app is telling you. Customer service is also not the greatest, but not the absolute worst. Food is pretty typical of most locations. Have patience if you really want little caesars.

Worst customer service I have delt with in the longest time. I'm a super patient person, but you waisted near an hour of my time for nothing and left me on hold for my missing order. Won't ever order from here again, maybe another store, but definitely not this one. Update: was still charged by them through doordash, and had to dispute the charge with my banks help.

If patience is a virtue, this place will make you a saint, a monk, and maybe even the next pope. I’ve seen glaciers move faster than this location. You could order a pizza, start a family, and come back with grandkids before it’s ready. Every visit feels like a punishment for being hungry.

How is this location even in business? The employees ignore everybody in the waiting area. Most everyone has to wait at least 30 minutes upon arrival. This location is an absolute joke!!

I love the Italian cheese bread from here but this location is ridiculous. Every time I’ve ordered from the app I’m waiting 30 mins past the time it says. I just tried to place a call in order because I’m using cash and was transferred from an AI, to the call center, back to AI, back to the call center just to be told the “kitchen isn’t accepting orders” at 4:30 in the afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous. I think my patience with this location has finally run out. They really need to get together or they are gonna lose a whole city worth of customers.

Don't come here. The guy up front doesn't speak English. They load food in the food portal, but don't have names so you can't check it out. Then they refuse to check the box to see if your order is in it.
