Yummy Vietnamese place! Doesn't get as much love as that "other" Vietnamese spot in Dayton, but in my opinion it's the better of the two. Staff is so sweet and hilarious. Food is great. Lots of vegetarian opinions. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious. Great variety. If you a big meat eater ask for the house special soup. You will not be disappointed. Friendly owners. The avocado ? smoothie is delicious ?

A decent locally owned business. The owners were very polite and shared their stories and the service was super nice. Tried their spicy soup, dumplings and spring rolls. All of them were super good. Got the spicy noodles and it was spicy and flavorful. Will go for their Pho next time. Overall a very good place.

Fantastic pho bo. The broth had a richness that can only be done by slow simmering. The noodles are obviously homemade. The herbal addin is cilantro, so the soup is intended to be had a little spicy (as opposed to a more mild basil). There is a high amount of care put into the food here. It reminded me of where I grew up in Minnesota and the kind of homemade food from my immigrant friends' houses. I will be coming back regularly and recommending strongly to friends and collegues.

House special “pho bo” tasted awful. It tasted like a canned pho beef broth was opened and microwaved for a couple of minutes before dumping some yellow wheat noodles into it, making the broth’s temperature lukewarm. The beef was sketchy at best. The bean sprouts were browning at the tips and cilantro was wilted. We didn’t get thai basil nor jalapeño. We also received unsolicited, extremely rude comments about my family and how we ate our food. I have been here years ago, and I remember better than mediocre food so when a family member wanted to try eating at Little Saigon, I thought why not. Little did I know they’re no longer serving delicious or authentic Vietnamese food but some expensive and slapdash FAKE pho bo.

Little Saigon holds a special place in my heart, woven into the fabric of my childhood memories like a comforting blanket. As a child, newly transplanted from Texas to Dayton, my family and I found solace in the warm embrace of this restaurant. It wasn't just about the food; it was about the love and kindness that enveloped us from the moment we walked through the door.I remember those early visits vividly, the owner greeting us with a smile that reached their eyes, the endless chatter between my Vietnamese grandmother and the owner, like old friends catching up after years apart. For me, Little Saigon wasn't just a restaurant; it was a sanctuary of connection and belonging.Years passed, and life took us elsewhere, but the memories of those moments lingered. So, when I found myself back in Dayton recently, the decision to revisit Little Saigon was inevitable. Walking through those doors again was like stepping back in time, a flood of nostalgia washing over me.This time, it was the daughter of the owner who greeted us, her warmth and professionalism mirroring that of her parents. From the moment we entered, we were enveloped in a sense of belonging, as if we were returning home after a long journey. And oh, the food! The Pho Bo was not just delicious; it was a symphony of flavors, each spoonful a testament to the care and dedication put into every dish. And the portions? Generous beyond measure, ensuring that every penny spent was worth it a hundred times over. But beyond the food, it was the intangible qualities of Little Saigon that left the deepest impression—the sense of community, the genuine warmth, the feeling of being welcomed with open arms. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a haven of love and respect. To the staff of Little Saigon, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for preserving the essence of what makes this place so special. Thank you for treating me and my loved ones with such kindness and generosity. And thank you for the memories that will linger in my heart for years to come.In a world where restaurants come and go, Little Saigon stands as a beacon of consistency and excellence. If you find yourself in Dayton, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Trust me; you won't regret it.

Best banh mi I have had so far. Great flavor and the fish sauce it comes with taste so good. The spring rolls are so good and the peanut sauce it comes with is the best I've had also! The servers are so sweet and treat customers like family and are so considerate. You can tell they are really passionate about their business and serving their customers. My bf took me here because it's a restaurant his family always went to when he was a child. We drove 2 hours to come here and it was worth the drive and we will be coming back everytime we are in town!!!

Very quaint little place. Great service. I came in because I wanted to try authentic banh mi. I ordered pork banh mi. Menu said that it came with daicon radish and cucumber but instead it came with carrots, peanuts and some cilantro. Good but kind of one note without the freshness of the cucumber and radish. I had spring rolls as well. They were shrimp and chicken. They were also ok, but lacked the freshness and contrast of flavors I expect would have come with the addition of radish and cucumber as well. I asked the very nice lady if I could have some on the side and she said that they did not have it because it was too expensive and the customers didn’t like it. Overall, good experience but food lacked the contrast of flavors that I have come to love in Asian cuisine.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. I asked for a recommended dish and the House Special was very delicious. I was going to get my food and go but Tran suggested I stayed and I’m glad I did. Clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.

This is a hidden gem in Dayton. The owners make you feel like family. I would highly recommend to anyone. Anyone posting a bad review about these hard working, charming people are completely wrong. Support these people and this small business!

Unsanitary conditions, sweet broth in pho While cook was sliding my food out to the front, my food was slid out under a hanging red piece of plastic that touched my food....like how many other dishes slide out under that plastic? Do you clean that plastic? found a baby roach in my food. Not kidding. I am very surprised I haven't read more about this in the reviews. The lady there is very sweet and I hate to write this review. But the public needs to be aware.

Wow! Only way to describe this place, had never had pho before so the owner showed us exactly what to do and how to enjoy it, The depths of flavor were astonishing! Owner was so nice and friendly. This is a place you bring friends from out of town to try out.
