Great service, great food!

I've been coming here for 10 years, maybe even more than that. Every single time, without fail, I have had excellent service, delicious food, and the same fair pricing. There may be restaurants like this one, but none of them compare to the kind of consistent satisfaction I've had as a long time customer. If you want a good meal for a good price, and a great place to have it in, I cannot recommend Los Reyes enough.

I pulled up a few months ago and asked a few patrons if they liked the place and they said yes ! Today, I decided to stop in for Taco Tuesday and give them a try. The prices are fair and the authentic Mexican feel is there. The furnishings are outdated but overall the restaurant was clean. The bathroom was nice and smelled good. I noticed a few flies inside but it’s tough with the weather to keep them away. I enjoyed the beef tacos and chips/ salsa. Margarita special, 9oz $1.99 ! 😉

My grandson had steak fajitas I had chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas. At first glance my 12 year old grandson didn't want to dine there he said the atmosphere was off but I talked him into it because I was so hungry. The young server was pleasant enough but the food left alot to be desired. I received four shrimp, grizzle(steak) and dry chicken,when I was asked about the food I showed the waiter the plate filled with steak not edible he took a deep breath and defensive stand as if he were preparing for a confrontation, I smiled and paid 40 dollars as charged. I will not return because there was no attempt at a resolution most places would apologize offer a discount on your meal or the next but he couldn't care less and I was with the one person i love most MY GRANDSON. I would never expose him to the ugliness I could see was to come.

This is my favorite restaurant in my hometown. The Perez family, one that I have known for a long time (I went to school with Alejandro!) really knows what they are doing here!! For years I have taken family and friends here to laugh, to smile, to talk and to have meaningful conversation. It’s easy to do when you’re entertained by such polite service who are quick, humble and patient with you. The food is at an inexpensive price for all of the portion that you get especially, so I always make sure to tip these guys good. One of my favorite small businesses to support truly. I crave the burrito Tijuana with a piña colada quite often lol.
