Whoever keeps overcooking the burger patties should be fired. THIS IS THE 15TH+ TIME I received a burger that has a dry and overcooked patty. It’s disgusting. I can’t enjoy burnt food at all. This is not how burgers are cooked. It tastes awful. No wonder why the reviews are bad here. I love McDonald’s, but hate this particular location.
