Went in to order my food on the computer thing because there was noone at the front and when I yell back they did not day anything someone look at me so I just went ahead and did my order on there and the card would work on it so yell back again then someone came up and help me and I paid for my order with the same card I try and it work. Then I sat there for 40mins to get my food and still nothing and there was only 1 person there that order before me. And they were just waiting on drive thru orders and doordash orders. And also there was some worker just standing around not doing anything so 45 mins in when I put my order in I yell back and ask for a refund. And the guy ack like he did not know how to give refunds at all. Took him forever. Then I just left and had go somewhere else to eat. And my kids were upset because they love mcdonald's but there allways something with this mcdonald's. Take for ever get orders or food wrong all the time. And sometimes they are not nices. I will not be back.

Food was Luke warm, cashier was very rude, and the old security lady who harasses everyone in the lobby while eating makes the environment unbearable…definitely should watch who you hire because this place is not a good place to eat at would not recommend

Hello! I came through the drive through just a few minutes ago and ordered a mcflurry with super extra m&Ms. After having the most horrendous DoorDash order I was determined to get some ice cream and when I tell you y'all put so many m&ms! Truly cheered me up and the staff working were all wonderful. I came through around 1:30 am for a late night snack, and the young man at the speaker was very sweet and laughed with me about my extra m&Ms! And whoever made it, It was truly everything I wanted for my ice cream fix. Made my night, I really appreciated your late night services!!

Never got my food after 30 minutes so i got my money back
Since the remodel it has been a hassle to even try and order inside. Your lucky to catch a cashier to take your order and then there are no menu boards. They have self ordering machine that would be great but since they opened they have not been able to take cash as advertised so I order there then wait to pay at the counter it's a hassle. It takes 20+ minutes or beyond to get your food they focus on the drive through then they actually do the people inside waiting! I had to ask about my order 30ish minutes in and it wasn't even on the screen as someone had erased it like they actually had it served to me already. Today I ordered and apple pie and a drink and it's been me waiting for 25mins currently. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but drive up the street to the one by meijer if time is of the essence and you need to order inside.

Waited 15 minutes for some help at service counter. New remodel is a joke can't get help when need it. When I finally got someone's attention I got an attitude from her, so I said I'll just go somewhere else to which she proceeded to flip me the bird. Awesome job. I'll never go back again.

Too expensive for just 2 people .they are so unpleasant to speak to you , the whole new can't do inside and eat n stupid kiosk is going to shut the door soon. Everyone in my area here has had nothing but bad issues with the attuides and orders not being met . Like a cheeseburger that had no burger and the gals said what's the problem? No one orders a buns sandwich 🤦 . Service and customer care sucks at this McDonald's now .

Huge shoutout to the McDonald’s on Wilmington Pike!!
We swung through today for lunch and it was absolutely slammed… but you would’ve never known it by how calm, sweet, and efficient the young lady at the drive-thru was. She made sure our order was exact, read it back patiently, and treated us like we were the only car in line.
When we pulled forward to wait in a space for a few minutes, KK brought our order out with a smile and actually asked if she could stand there long enough to make sure we received everything correctly. I honestly don’t see that level of care at most fast-food locations these days… and the order was PERFECT.
This store is doing it right. These employees deserve recognition, especially KK.
And please, from The Clarks, wish her little girl a very Happy Early Birthday! 💛🍟🥳
