The updates look really nice. Only thing was I had to wait a while. The lady at the front counter was so kind and her hospitality was great, they got rid of the pop machine in the dining room so she was asking if anyone needed refills and running things to the dining room. Great hospitality will keep bringing people back!

Worst service for DoorDash They are not working simply gossiping each other
Just chaotic. Slow. Inconsistent. I WAITED excessively long, approx. 25 mins for food, which was given to someone else. I did get a refund because I just did not have time to continue to wait for food. This location used to be the best ran McD's in the S.E. Dayton/Kettering area. Now, it is really poorly ran. I will drive myself down to Linden Ave. McD's instead, which has a much better turn time for food & consistent service.

I love this place a lot but the employee at drive thru was very rude to me when I said Yes two times to my order confirmation, she confirmed and I did too, she said I was screaming and I'm Not screaming, then she cut my order and said go the next window, that was very rude, and I'm mad at her, I love this place, I love all the employees as Ms Dorothy, very nice person, but this employee, forget her.

It seems every time we order from here, some of the food is missing. Even when we just went in person, they STILL forgot one of our burgers! Not only that, the food is lukewarm. Not hot, LUKEWARM. Sorry to seem like I'm nit-picking, but this is honestly sad. And the fries are LIMPY. They are soft, and not crisp. They should not move like a cooked spaghetti noodle.
