I've come here time to time after shifts. Yet today, I decided to use my mobile app to place a pick up order, the order wasnt that big just mcchicken and nuggets. I came in and mark that I was here around 8:40pm and waited, no one called out my order. I looked back to my app after some time and it claims I have already picked it up. I didn't leave with my order until 9:05pm.

It's always super SLOW service after the day shift leaves. After 5 pm go to the Stroop Road McDonald's for faster service.

As far as McDonald's go this one is good. Food isn't always fast but it rarely tastes old. Staff is sometimes "short", like they are stressed/ over worked but I would never call them rude.

Order something from the menu that couldn’t be more simple and watch they’ll somehow manage to completely mess up so horribly. Like why is the most simple task impossible for you. Do better

This McDonald’s typically is the average McDonald’s, nothing to rant about nothing to rave about. However, I just went through there about half an hour ago and got the best big Mac I have had in the history of McDonald’s lol. It was extremely fresh, it was hot. The cheese was melted not too much Mac sauce… Literally could not have been any better. For that I write you all five stars because no one today offers five star service at least in the last several years no matter where I have been since Covid everything has been awful. Thank you McDonald’s for stepping it up and I hope you keep it up!

we placed a mobile order tonight, only for an employee to tell us that his manager lost the order. (the employee was very kind!) we waited a half hour, no complaints on our end, we understand working in food service, but once we finally got our food, the fry containers were not even filled, we got none of the sauce we ordered for our 20 pieces, and the free item compensation coupon we received expired January 31st, 2024. not at all blaming the crew members, but this order shouldn’t have been allowed by a manager to go out this wayupdate: after calling, i was given new, full fries, and my sauces!
