Ordered for delivery on the app. When my food got here the fries were cold and barely full and I didn’t have my apple pie or BBQ sauces I paid extra for. When I go to the app to report this it states to go through Uber eats or DoorDash with my problem. They didn’t prepare and bag the food so why is it their responsibility.
Used the McDonald’s app to order breakfast for my family within the breakfast hours and the app accepted the order and my money, only for me to drive all the way their and the app to prompt me the order was cancelled by the store as I was arriving in the parking lot and they would refund me the money within 5 days. You can imagine how pleased I was to receive this information as I was arriving.

Came in to pick up order. Older woman and her kids was getting order taken I assumed I would be next but nah, preceded to wait 20 mins before anyone acknowledged my presence. I get it the drive though was busy but a simple” we’ll be right with u” goes a long way especially when they had time to be on their phones, joking, and playing around. This is a great location and I come here everyday but that by far was not a great experience and they need to be better,
