It was wonderfully clean and the cashier was very nice and i loved my turkey cheddar sandwich , it was nice and cold on a hot day and the mayo was just right, i will be coming here more often

Over priced for wilted lettuce with a tiny cup of dressing and soup that taste like it came from a can. Very disappointed but at least I know where, NOT to go for soup and salad. Don't waste your money.

First time at this location and found that same great flavor that only their sandwiches offer. Even though they were busy and had several carry out orders ahead of us, our food was ready in minutes. Would have been 5 stars but when I sat I found the bench was coming apart.

The young kids one of them was named Ben Maddie and whomever the other girl that worked with him giving out food on 1/21 @430-5pm are very ignorant and rude they talk about the customers! Very unprofessional! The supervisor should retain them and teach them the proper way to act at work. How to talk to customers and other employees. They are taking and cussing more than they are working!

Yo is this how you make the avacado toast lol? I usually don’t complain but this location has forgot my coffee 3 times and my cappuccino more than once and our Avacado toasts looks nothing like the advertising picture. Anyways it sucks because I love panera bread but why would I continue throwing my money down the drain for this? Just being honest.
I have had issues with my membership ever since I moved to Ohio. We don't have Panera cards in California . I've been at this location 4 times now. I was last told by this man that he wouldn't take my order, then he didn't give me his name. He had a green baseball cap on. This place is SO tacky and unprofessional. I told the lady taking orders'" please don't call me love". It's not professional, and it's horribly tacky. Or babe or honey would work either. Call someone by their given name or Maam. The guy said " she can call you whatever she wants". No, she can't! She couldn't hear me on speaker, so I told her up I'm going to pull up & give you my email. This is when the devil showed up and told me he would not be taking my order. I left without an order & got home & spoke to corporate. I am just disappointed that the closet Panera to me is full of coachroaches of ppl that work there..I never had a problem before & a girl helped me. She was excellent!
