Penn Station East Coast Subs

Ordered a cheese steak with mushrooms,onions,extra provolone and extra mayo. Not only did I not get the extra cheese, I didn't get cheese at all. The same with the mayo. I also ordered small fries and those were cold. It was a big disappointment! And to top it off a few hours later I got very sick. Won't be eating there again any time soon.

So I just moved back to ohio most recently, and the first thing I craved and wanted to eat was Penn station. I finally got the chance to eat some Penn station since there wasn't one over in the area i used to live out in michigan. And I was really excited to finally get some for once since it's been months since I eat there. And I gotta say this location did a good job on my meal, and I didn't have to wait very long. I think I sat and waited for like 5 min max. Staff was friendly. And the food was great also. I give 5 stars on food and service since I didn't stay in store. I didn't rate the stars on that one.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. It was extra amazing. Staff was delightful and the food was perfection!! Penn Station is our favorite sub place, and this location rocks!!♡♡♡

I had my favorite artichoke sub there today. It was terrible. I don’t think the current staff know how to make them! Too, too much mayo. I had to throw it away. You couldn’t even tell if there were artichokes in the sandwich. Got it to go, or I would have showed them!

Tried to order online website was down could get the buy one get one for Bengals win.Tried to call store the gentleman who answered the phone was rude said he would not take my order over the phone because they were to busy and then hung up on me .

Location has been clean everytime I've visited, subs made fresh, typically place my order online and pickup however the times I have gone in I'm taken care of quickly. Never had any issues with staff.

Recommend: chicken parm with everything

We used to get great food and service at this location but the service and food quality on 8/3/24 was terrible. There were only two people working and our Italian sandwiches were not good. The lettuce was old and we both ended up with an upset stomach the rest of the day. I would avoid this location at all costs and we will never be back.
