Penn Station East Coast Subs

I've been going to this location for 12 years and I have never ever been disappointed with my food or the experience inside the store. The food is always absolutely delicious and hot and correctly made. The workers inside are always so nice and friendly and offer free drinks sometimes when it's hot outside which is really sweet of them. This location deserves 5 stars and the workers deserve more appreciation than they get. Thank you to all the Penn Station workers at this location.

I've never actually eaten here... i do delivery and this penn is my favorite one to pick up from... the employees are always the absolute nicest and don't treat me any differently than an actual customer... which I am a potential customer. I recommend this penn station over all others... keep up the great friendly service guys 😁

This was everything I expected it to be. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was seasoned to perfection. Hot and delicious food every time.

There was a mistake on my order, Conner corrected the mistake and made it right! Very nice people!

My Penn Station order always tastes great! It's the service and staff who seem overwhelmed and confused. I order online and show up at the time listed, they said that they haven't even started on my order. They always seem behind and stressed. I feel for the staff but I'll stay away for a while.

Great grilled subs. Fresh cut fries also excellent.

THE best subs (and cookies)!

This was our first time at a Penn Station. We needed something quick and had a cheesesteak, chicken parm, and a reuben. The chicken for the chicken parm was grilled, not breaded and had no flavor (we're from NY/NJ, and the menu description did not say grilled). The reuben had 1 slice of meat (see pictures). Saying that it was disappointing is an understatement. My husband had no words for the cheesesteak... just kept shaking his head. Both my husband and son tried adding the fries (which were burnt AND undercooked at the same time) to their sandwiches to make them taste better (didn't work). We also ordered the large fries to share, and they presented them on a tray tipped over, so we couldn't see that they had underfilled the $7 bucket. Needless yo say, this was our first and LAST time eating at this place. We spent over $45 on a sub-par meal.

Make sure they get your food right - they won't replace it if it's wrong.

Do not order delivery from this store but go in person! We just did a family dinner and my Philly Cheese Stake was more bread and cheese and whoever made it must have been sidetracked because there was such a sorry portion of meat and just last week my wife brought home the same thing only it was incredible and loaded ! Sorry but I can attribute this to the fact that the staff rushes through the door dash and they must think the meals must be prepared in a dash and they don’t have to look the customer in the face! Saddened that the whole order was a bust but the Door dash driver was tipped twice and Penn made theirs! Big pass moving forward! Sure it’s one thing to take care of the customers in person but it’s another thing when they come through on their deliveries as well and tonight Penn Station fell flat!

Fresh ingredients, excellent taste. Cheese Steak and hot Italian subs. Interior was very clean.
