Penn Station East Coast Subs

Really wanted a sub and and fries and pretty much forgot about this place until I drove past it. So I walk in and I'm glad that I did, as I was met with a New York chic, who was just happy to be alive and it showed. She helped me with my order as I am vegetarian and even helped me out with checking out due to my card chip malfunctioning. She literally was a whole vibe and just radiated positive energy. Only had $3 on me to tip, but would have been more. If I ever get an itch for another sub with fries, I would definitely come back and hopefully she's working 😉😊

A fully staffed and well coordinated restaurant. Good job. There was a decent amount of people there too.

Go to for cheese steaks. It's a chain store,dependable and consistent. Like their sandwiches like most people do.

Phone with Michelle J. She was professional and really kind! Usually the service there is fine/basic or even rushed, but Michelle was really nice while still being quick and efficient. Food was also great, like usual. Thanks for the great service, Michelle!!

Love the subs and fries. They greet you as you walk in and set wait expectations if asked. The staff seem to work well together and everyone was busy with their assigned tasks. They were polite and friendly with the interactions.

I've been going to this location for 12 years and I have never ever been disappointed with my food or the experience inside the store. The food is always absolutely delicious and hot and correctly made. The workers inside are always so nice and friendly and offer free drinks sometimes when it's hot outside which is really sweet of them. This location deserves 5 stars and the workers deserve more appreciation than they get. Thank you to all the Penn Station workers at this location.

I've never actually eaten here... i do delivery and this penn is my favorite one to pick up from... the employees are always the absolute nicest and don't treat me any differently than an actual customer... which I am a potential customer. I recommend this penn station over all others... keep up the great friendly service guys 😁

This was everything I expected it to be. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was seasoned to perfection. Hot and delicious food every time.

There was a mistake on my order, Conner corrected the mistake and made it right! Very nice people!

My Penn Station order always tastes great! It's the service and staff who seem overwhelmed and confused. I order online and show up at the time listed, they said that they haven't even started on my order. They always seem behind and stressed. I feel for the staff but I'll stay away for a while.

Great grilled subs. Fresh cut fries also excellent.

The manager of that store Bobby is so awesome so kind and informative i will be going back
