1st of all they don't process customers the same way as Beaver Creek and the one in front of Wright State store do it exactly the same way. I did not like paying up front. I have been to more than two of there stores and they are setup the same way. You get to choose as the pizza moves down the row of toppings and add more if you like to..with seasonings and then pay last. The store seemed empty an large and lighting was poor. Went to sit down and almost all of them except open was dirty. It was my Mom's first time there and so I told her I would take her to another one to show her. Good was adequate ..didn't enjoy the experience. Note not eating there again. Management needs to take a hard look at this store.

Do not eat here. My pizza was undercooked and I got food poisoning. Eat at your own risk.

I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the Apple Pie Pizza! Yum!! The pick up window is super convenient when I'm in a rush

one employee literally said she didn't care she had an exam that she didn't study for then turned around and walked away from the lady at the counter trying to order. This same employee continued complaining the entire time we were in there ordering and waiting. The one employee who took over and helped with taking orders was ill trained and got mad when what he pushed wasn't what we were ordering. When we tried to repeat what we wanted he got physically mad it wasn't what he was trying to get us to order because A. he couldn't find the right button or B. didn't care to look for the right button. Honestly the whole experience was poor and gave me absolutely no hope for these young kids in the work place. No wonder this place was hiring. Poor training and correction on their behavior has led to poor service all around

I love Rapid Fired, but this location has always been problematic for me. :( My order has been wrong almost every time

This is my favorite pizza source. A sign at the entrance states this location is a Corporate Test Location. I suspect because of that, there is more attention to detail. However, I find this Kettering location very similar to the Col Glenn location across from Wright State. It's a good company. I typically get the 11" thin crust with two meats and lots of vegetables. I also request that it be cooked well done as it comes out slightly crisper. My orders have all been exactly right with a generous amount of toppings. Many other pizza restaurants consider putting one piece of green pepper per each quadrant sufficient, but not this team. I always place my orders for take away, so I really can't rate dining in. Ordering online is easy and the staff is very nice as well.

Walked in and was blasted with a message from an employee that it was a 35 minute wait due to online orders. No line, 3 people dining in. That's terrible management. Your people are deterring business not working faster to take care of customers.

Don't come to this location. One staff member is very rude didn't say anything when are food was ready just left it on the counter then thru my pasta up on the counter. Then when i asked for sauce for the pizza she just rolled her eyes and was there only 2 sauce comes with the pizza. The dark haired lady which i think was the manger she was nice. The blonde hair lady os very nasty and rude toward customers. I think her name is amber.

This is another one of the counter serve, choose your toppings quick fired pizza places that have been popping up the past decade or so. I am a fan of these places in general and this one does it better than any I've been to that are still in business. (Pie360 in Baltimore was my favorite, but has since permanently closed.)

I love the variety of crusts, sauces and toppings to choose from. Since tomato sauce upsets my stomach sometimes, it's great that they have pesto as an option. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5* rating is they tend to clump the toppings in the middle, which makes the narrow point sag when you pick up the slice.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They refused to serve us and stated the manager keeps taking down the close early sign. The two girls tonight said they close the dine in closes sooner and the manager refused to keep the sign up. Three vehicles left because we were all refused service.

Had ordered cini Stix with online order and as I'm leaving they told me they were out of icing? So now I have plain cinnamon sticks... need my number and email to order but don't contact me because you don't have something for my order to ask if I still want them?

We were highly disappointed in this location. Went here on 3/6, there were only two people working was not informed that they were running approximately 45 minutes behind with the orders. When my order was finally completed, after waiting nearly an hour, one of the pizzas had been made wrong. The person working the counter informed me that the pizza could be re-made ( wait again) or she would give me a coupon for a free pizza. I chose to have the pizza re-made. At no point was there any communication about the delay, or any type of apology offered for the wait, or the error with my order. We love Rapid Fired, however it is highly doubtful we would ever return to this location.
