Sima is an absolute gem for anyone who loves Japanese and Korean cuisine. From the moment our group of 15 walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome and taken care of. The customer service was flawless. It was attentive without being intrusive and every detail of our meal was handled with care and precision.

The sushi was a true highlight. Each piece was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. You can tell the chefs put creativity and pride into every roll…the flavors were balanced perfectly and the presentation was like artwork.

The Korean entrees were just as impressive. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. It’s rare to find a restaurant that can deliver excellence across two cuisines, but Sima does it effortlessly.

For such a large group, it’s no small feat to get everything right…but they did. Every order came out perfectly timed, hot, and delicious. We left completely satisfied.

Sima is the kind of place that reminds you how special a great dining experience can be. Fresh food, creative dishes, and service that goes above and beyond…absolutely outstanding!

Heard about this restaurant from from just casually talking about restaurants. Very hard to find good sushi but this is excellent and very fresh. I went though it’s about a 45 minute drive it’s well worth it.

Some friends recommended this restaurant to me while I was in town and it was so good! Everyone was very nice and helpful explaining anything and my meal was delicious. We shared the takoyaki and some spicy fries, I got the squid bokum, and we shared the taiyaki.

Preface this with we have been coming here for many years and with good reason. They only serve quality fish and food. We love the rotating apps and specials, sushi always high quality, consistent, and filling, Japanese and korean dishes are great as well. Also have noodle nights on Thursday, discount sushi Wednesday. The best part is the people. Everyone makes us feel like family there. Always the same happy smiling faces every time we visit. We always eat as a family and it's great they make us feel like we are a part of theirs. Honestly we've never been disappointed. The quality is worth it here.

This is a hidden gem! Delicious food! Love the bulgogi and Korean corndog (giant mozzerela stick with crispy potato crust!) The sushi is good. Good drink menu. I do like soju, sake, and Sapporo. All in all, this place busts its tail to give top notch service and food. You know it's made from the heart.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food There was nothing left on our plates. The pork dumplings and TNT rolls are a must try. A little pricey but they have discounts on Wednesdays. We will definitely be back!

SIMA is a spot I look forward to coming to every time I make it to town. I always order the Duk Mandoo Guk soup and a couple of their delicious apps and sushi rolls. The service is amazing, and I always love the cozy atmosphere. Thank you, SIMA, for being a consistent spot I can count on for a good meal and great time!

I took my grandson, his girlfriend, and my son out for a birthday dinner. We had a nice time. I did not eat the sushi or crab salad or hot pot. All the kids loved their food. Everyone likes their food except for me. I had steak teriyaki. It didn't taste like teriyaki. It just had a little gravy on it. I would not order that again. We ordered a crown and coke for my grandsons 21st birthday, and they were out. I also ordered a specialty beer, and they were out of it. The waitress found a single can of it, but I decided not to have it. The cost of the meal with appetizers and drinks for 4 people was $150.00 with an added $40.00 tip, so it was $190.00 total.

I absolutely loved the presentation, service, and atmosphere here at SIMA. We were greeted by friendly staff, and given one of the most beautiful sushi platters I've seen yet. It was like I could taste the love that is put into this food, and left with a happy heart and full stomach. We go all out on sushi, and the team at SIMA matched our energy!
