I asked for extra coconut milk since I got light ice and they still made it with more açaí so I asked for an extra shot of coconut milk since I ALREADY added that to my order and was charged extra and I received an attitude from the girl with the tattoos….like u work for Starbucks ITS YOUR JOB TO EXECUTE THESE EXPENSIVE DRINKS PROPERLY…its NOT YOUR JOB TO BE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS….

The Employees here are incompetent. There are only a few people who know What they’re doing, the rest may as be making mud water. If I’m going to pay 5-7$ for a drink I want it made correctly. That means knowing how many pumps of sweetener go in a grande vs a tall. Today the lady (who this far has always made everything incorrectly) forgot the sweetener, when I asked about it she said that she could add some as though the matcha latte wasn’t already supposed to come with sweetener. she thought 14 pumps would be a good amount of liquid sugar to add. Now my drink tasted ridiculously sweet but since I was already late for work because she had to remake the drink since she also forgot the lavender that I had put in when ordering. I am not returning here. I have them a few goes because of convenience in location and thinking maybe it was an off day, but they just keep messing up. If you want a decent Starbucks I suggest you go anywhere else.

Older gentleman was extremely rude the entire time. We hardly ever order from Starbucks so we took a few mins to look at the menu before walking up to place an order. He kept yelling at us telling us to place our order soon or he wouldn’t be able to take our order because it’s closing time. It was only 7:30 there was still 30 mins before the Starbucks closed. He also refused service to the couple that walked up shortly after us and said he was closed.

I’ve been to this location a few times because it’s conveniently located in the grocery store but this will be the last time for me. My drinks are never made correctly even paying extra for things like extra shot or sauce which they don’t add. I’m not a complainer but I even was told by a worker to stay off tic tok as a drink I requested is popular on the app. It’s just not a good time and with the cost it’s just not worth going to this location.

I never go inside. Last drive thru experience, the wrong lid was put on my coffee, and it spilled all over me and my new vehicle interior. Mistakes are made. I'm not upset about it. All previous drive thru experiences were great.

The ladies at this Starbucks are amazing, especially the regulars up front. I have IBS, and I'm disabled. They are always careful with my order and ask how treatment is going. I always avoided Starbucks because they never remembered no dairy. Now, sometimes we go here and don't even grocery shop. I wish they had a drive thru, but their faces are always worth going in!
Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is inside the Kroger, so you can get a scooter and they have reusable cup holders.
