The ladies at this Starbucks are amazing, especially the regulars up front. I have IBS, and I'm disabled. They are always careful with my order and ask how treatment is going. I always avoided Starbucks because they never remembered no dairy. Now, sometimes we go here and don't even grocery shop. I wish they had a drive thru, but their faces are always worth going in!Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is inside the Kroger, so you can get a scooter and they have reusable cup holders.

Fantastic ladies work here! I ordered a drink that I thought was one I wanted but it turned out not be what I thought it was... Camryn & her associate were so helpful in making me a drink that I would really like.... much better Starbies than Cornerstone in Centerville!!

I always order a Peppermint White a chocolate Mocha. Every single time I would leave I would take a sip and it’s always a peppermint mocha. So I have to go back in. A few times I even drove away before I realized it was a mocha and not a white chocolate. Now I take a sip before I even walk away and even still this morning it was a Mocha instead of a WCM. I even say it slowly and clearly and repeat WHITE CHOCOLATE. It gets super annoying that they don’t take the time to listen to the customer especially when you’re paying $6.25 for a coffee and if that isn’t bad enough this morning they have a middle aged man running the register who REPEATEDLY called me “Honey” even after I told him my name for my order. Men…. Do not call customers Honey. It’s disrespectful and rude. Listen to your customer when they tell you their name. Like you literally ask your customer for their name to put on their order so why do you still call them honey? Needless to say I got an espresso machine and the stuff to make my PWCM myself because I’m over going to SB for my favorite coffee and paying a premium when they just mess it up EVERY TIME. I understand everyone makes mistakes now and then but out of a dozen times going in there I’ve gotten the right coffee like 3 times and that’s only because Chris made it. She is the Starbucks employee every SB worker should strive to be. She’s amazing and the service is always ON POINT when she’s there so thank you Chris but the rest of your employees need work.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is always so nice and the service is great and speedy.Parking: This location shares a parking lot with a car wash and it's a bit of a pain when you're trying to leave if you've enjoyed your coffee inside the establishment.

I never go inside. Last drive thru experience, the wrong lid was put on my coffee, and it spilled all over me and my new vehicle interior. Mistakes are made. I'm not upset about it. All previous drive thru experiences were great.

Most pathetic location ever. Cold, stale hard breakfast sandwich and the customer service is p**** Maybe they would be more joyful if they would unionize. Don’t patronize that location. Also, parking is an absolute nightmare. Worst Starbucks in the world for real.
Staff was quick and friendly. The coffees were perfect. Whether you are rolling through Kroger to pick up groceries or you are just stopping in to get a coffee on the go, this is a great Starbucks to hit up.

Had the best experience this morning at my local Starbucks! Had a rough morning and the team there did a great job to correct my issue and set me on the course for a much better day! Thanks to this awesome crew, I might be convinced to come inside and get my coffee instead of just doing the drive thru. Great team here, keep up the great work!

Starbucks should honestly remove this store from this location. This specific Kroger store gives the culture of Starbucks a bad name. The employees are always rude. Clearly weren’t trained properly because every time I come here my drink is made different. I never know how to order it because I never know if it’ll be by the recipe or not. Also this location always says “there will be a 25 min wait for ‘whatever product is ordered’. It’s ridiculous. How can there be a 25 minute wait in coffee? And don’t order a latte here. They never have espresso. I ordered a caramel macchiato light on the vanilla and this woman really rang in an iced vanilla latte and told me that’s basically what I want. Just adding caramel. I argued it for a second then I was like whatever. Who cares. Make it. Then she hands me this drink with no caramel and it was not a macchiato (clearly). Why is she making suggestions on how I order my drink when I’m literally using Starbucks menu to do so?? That put a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t go back to this store. They’re not open half the time anyway. So don’t bother with googles hours of operation. You won’t know what they really are unless you physically walk into the store.
