Subway in Kettering

“Everytime we get sandwiches from here everything is perfect! The store is spotless and the employees are so sweet! Geneva is extra awesome and I apologize if I have her name wrong but she is so kind and patient and smiling. Subway is the only food we eat outside of our home because I'm a big at home cook so it's nice to catch a break and it be worth it. We love our Subway!“

“Great food and their was a awesome worker all by her self now this normally wouldn’t be an issue for a not so busy location but that location is not she got absolutely swarmed and even got a super rude online orderer but she kept her cool and was nice to me and my girlfriend the entire time honestly though as someone who had worked at 90% of the fast food company’s in Ohio she needs help I get subway is ran a certain way blah blah blah pretty soon no one’s gonna wanna work at these places“

“Store needs remodeled bad. There is a dirty sewage smell that hits you in the face as soon as you walk through the doors. The women’s bathroom smells even worse. Loose tiles on the floor. I feel terrible for the workers there always working open to close because the owners are too lazy to hire new people or work a shift themselves. Sure they close early sometimes or open late, put yourselves into these poor workers shoes. There are two ladies there that always offer the best service and make our food correctly and with patience and kindness. I was informed the owners keep their credit card tips as well. Corporate needs to step in and take over this store so their employees aren’t being overworked and stolen from. Owners are too greedy to accept coupons. I only return to this location for the great service & to give cash tip the employees, but someone higher up needs to step in ASAP.

Vegetarian options: Only veggie option is a salad or veggie delight sandwich.“
