Subway in Kettering

“This is a bright, clean store with excellent service. I stopped in 08/16/25 at about 7:00pm just because I had a gift card. I don’t normally eat at Subway and I don’t know what I was expecting but it was really, really good! I got a 6-inch Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch and my husband got a footlong All American. We got it to go, and added a bag of chips and some cookies. Both sandwiches were much better than I remember Subway sandwiches being! We will definitely be back.“

“Great food and their was a awesome worker all by her self now this normally wouldn’t be an issue for a not so busy location but that location is not she got absolutely swarmed and even got a super rude online orderer but she kept her cool and was nice to me and my girlfriend the entire time honestly though as someone who had worked at 90% of the fast food company’s in Ohio she needs help I get subway is ran a certain way blah blah blah pretty soon no one’s gonna wanna work at these places“

“Everytime we get sandwiches from here everything is perfect! The store is spotless and the employees are so sweet! Geneva is extra awesome and I apologize if I have her name wrong but she is so kind and patient and smiling. Subway is the only food we eat outside of our home because I'm a big at home cook so it's nice to catch a break and it be worth it. We love our Subway!“

“I went in a few weeks ago to see if things were better and they were. It's very apparent that there is new management. All of the staff were extremely nice and the food seemed to be freshly made (just as one would want from Subway). The previous reviews said there was a bad smell at this location, however I did not notice this at all, and everything looked to be clean. They also honored every single coupon that I provided without hesitation. Give this Subway location a second chance.“
