Don’t go here. I watched the male worker there yell at a customer/lady because his POS wasn’t working. I talked to the man to apologize to the lady. Poor lady was crying.

Horrible experience. Man who was working who appeared to be the manager or new owner was very rude and skipped out on the toppings and condiments. Refused to put extra mayonnaise on three subs I ordered and put one line. I asked for extra and refused and he insisted to get packets instead. Reluctantly I agreed and paid and he tried to get away with not giving me any. He then gave me three packets only for two footings and a six inch. I then asked for more and he told me no and refused to give me more and said I don’t need more. He then said he had other customers who also wanted mayonnaise so I couldn’t have more packets. I was baffled as I walked out the store confused he said next time I wanted mayonnaise on my sub to go get from the store then come to get a sub. Rude and disrespectful and has no common sense. Also wouldn’t put extra toppings. Very rude and don’t recommend if you want a good sandwhich. Find a different location that he doesn’t own.

I have never had an experience in any subway like I had last week in Kettering on Stroop Rd. It seems it is under new management. I might be dating my age, but you remember Seinfeld episode about the soup Nazi? Well this place has a man who is rude, skimpy on meat, lettuce and condiments.stands over other employees watching everything they do making a sub. He started yelling at this customer because she asked for a little more lettuce. This place won’t be in business very long. The associate appears to be in his 60s, but he does not belong dealing with customers, rude, angry, belittling.

This place has a sign that says new management. They slice their meat so thin.. that it breaks into little pieces, and they count that as one piece. I got the club, it has 3 kinds of meat.. but the amount of meat that was on it wasn't even enough for a 6 inch. Online they say it gets double cheese.. but their signs inside does not reflect that. But it was the meat for me.. it was like shredded at this point and they give you a very small portion. Prices are rising... and the quality is dwindling. Please watch them make your sub. They are not very nice when you tell them how thin it is either. I will go to any other subway than this one.

Went here all the time and would get great portions and quality of food now after new management old staff is gone and new staff give little on portions for the protein and don’t put much effort in how they make the sandwich so toppings are put in the center and not spread out.

I was not happy with my visit at this subway. I'm still waiting for someone to get back with me. I love subway food. I was trying to use the balance from my gift card. The app was not working I try 3 times and the owner/manager kept telling me he would not use the balance from the web. I had to use the app which still didn't work . I was there 10 minute trying to get it to work. So at the end I had to pay full price.

Made the order at the wrong store. Tried to call them and the phone is off line. I was 3 hours away so I got back in town and went to the store. They insist the number is rite even though it’s clearly off. Because I called rite in front of them and it’s off. Then I said I want my money back. They said no, I said can you atleast remake my food, she started at me they smiled and walked away. This location has went down hill so bad it’s not even funny. You get a sub from this store and it’s no meat all veggies. You may not like meat but I do. Someone needs to either fix the store and just close it down.

Squid Kid

Let a bug crawl around on my food as they were preparing it, and then charged my boyfriend extra for ‘extra meat’ after he asked to have any meat in his chicken sandwich. Could not possibly recommend less.

Unwilling Prophet

This location is under new management. Perhaps they are vegetarians because my last 3 Turkey subs have barely had any meat on them. I have been eating at Subway for like 30 years and their subs at this location now use less than half the meat of any Subway I have ever been to. Definitely less than I paid for. And last time I was in the store the man at the counter was yelling across the store at me like I was doing something wrong for no reason. Can we please have some NEW new management??? Or at least put some meat on the sub????

Ordered my food online, arrived 3 min after it was supposed to be ready. Which was 25 minutes after I placed the order.. just for me to walk in and they say if you're doing online orders we're going to do everybody who's in line and then we'll make your food.... So what's the point of ordering online if I could have just came in and got in line and it'd been quicker... Absolutely! Infuriating

This location has hit a new low. Their staff has changed and now they skimp on ingredients. They have closed their public restrooms and they keep all the chairs on top of the tables which is pretty lazy. When I arrived there was a long line and only one person working. I stood in line for a minute and turned around and left.
