Went this morning to get subs for a dance team. The website and door said it was open 9:00am-10:00pm (Sun 3-10-2024). When I got there the young man that was working still had the doors locked at 10:35am. I stood at the door and he mouthed not open. I tried to asked what time they were opening and he stood there just smiling and waving. I even tried calling the store and he would not answer the phone. I ended up going to another subways to get our order. On my way back he still does not have the store open (11:00am). VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I will NOT be back to this location!

No reason to ordered ahead . I ordered ahead arrived at my pickup time and they did not even start making it yet. Not to mention they decide to make the 5 other people subs in line before they started mine . Don’t bother ordering ahead .I do feel bad for the worker all by themselves . Didn’t give them a hard time just waited .

I went there to use coupons that had come in the mail. I chose the buy 1 get 1 free, like the oldest sales offer ever, only to learn at the register the owners of this store refuse to honor that specific coupon. You're a Franchisee, refusing a national mailer coupon generated by your parent Franchisor, nice image. And what a statement... I'm sure that decision will have a positive impact on your business and the line of customers out your door. Reasonably Clean. Food was good and made correctly.DON'T LEAN ON THE GLASS CASE!!! It isn't installed. A young boy barely touched it and it fell. Terrible loud sound. SMH...

I asked for a 6 inch tuna and when she got to the point of taking it out of the oven and adding the toppings I asked for light oregano, she put on a lot, I asked for her to take some off so she turned over my sandwich on top of the trash and acted like it fixed the situation. Not only did she destroy the sandwich in the process but it touched the unclean trash area. I told her I did want it anymore and just left. Wow ?

I was very pleased with the service I received. The young man making my sandwich Andre was polite and while busy making my sandwich he would still greet customers coming in with a friendly welcome to subway I'll be with you in a moment. I will definitely look forward to getting my sandwich espically if I see it will be Andre making it.

It seems that every time, without fail, if you place a mobile pickup order through the Subway app, they will mess up something on your sandwich. This is the second time I've done a mobile pickup, and the first time they had to remake the sandwich three different times because they kept getting it wrong, using the wrong bread, or forgetting to toast it. Today, they used the wrong bread on one of the sandwiches we got. The food itself seems fresher than other Subway locations, but the repeated sandwich mix-ups compelled me to write a review and deduct some stars due to this issue. The employees seemed friendly, though. They updated me on when the sandwiches would be ready and immediately asked if I had a pickup order. They just need to ensure that the sandwiches are made correctly when ordered a certain way.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: Lots of parking spaces outside.

The attendant was excellent! However, this location does not accept either newspaper provided or internet coupons even though the main Subway app says they do. This is unacceptable from a business perspective. Either the store supports the main Subway advertising or not. I will look for another Subway site that does.
