despite the toaster being down the food was GREAT!!! Maleah and Noah took great care of us. They were great with our kids and went out of their way to make our experience great! We will definitely be back again!

The lone worker was there wearing baggy sleeves, dragging said sleeves all over the food while preparing. When we got home and essentially remade the sandwiches to remove contaminated parts (we were too annoyed and he was moving too slow for us to ask for a remake), discovered some weird hard plastic-like material in the meat (see image).
Vibes were off putting. Just overall a gross feeing subway and this is not the first time we have had issues with the staff not being sanitary (or clearly on drugs) and the food being weird.

came in on labor day to pick up my mobile order and were out of half of the stuff i ordered said i would get a refund never did? i called the store no one ever picks up. ive emailed subway offices. Can i just have my money back????? this is annoying

First time ordering from this location. Was an online order. Unappetizing is the nicest word I can use to describe the “sandwich” I got. Will not be ordering from this location. Staff was rude with attitude. I did however get a refund, wasn’t interested in letting them try to make that again..
Great food and their was a awesome worker all by her self now this normally wouldn’t be an issue for a not so busy location but that location is not she got absolutely swarmed and even got a super rude online orderer but she kept her cool and was nice to me and my girlfriend the entire time honestly though as someone who had worked at 90% of the fast food company’s in Ohio she needs help I get subway is ran a certain way blah blah blah pretty soon no one’s gonna wanna work at these places

I am normally at this Subway every few weeks. We walked in this afternoon. No hello just snotty with me the whole time with my order Sunday afternoon about 730ish. My sandwich is still cold after it was toasted. Poor customer service. Very disappointed!

Went there at 9:30pm on 7/25. Lights were on including the open sign. I go to open the door and both are locked. Employee inside just looking at me. If you're open till 10 don't lock your doors.
