I just came in about 30 mins ago for a 6 inch tuna sub, and I was worried the extra lettuce and sauces were gonna make the sandwich such a big mess and not hold together but that efficient and intelligent young lady has a way with making these subs. I wish I got her name so I could name her directly.

Ellie (spelling?) unfortunately was alone during the lunch rush today. Did a brilliant job at doing their best to get everyone taken care of and managed to help a customer with a pickup order of a sizable amount. Hopefully in the future this location can be staffed better.

I eat at this place every day, the only reason why I give it one star is because the air conditioning in the store that does not work. The food and the service is excellent but they definitely need to get this air fixed. I went there today and yesterday and it was 100° on the thermostat. That’s too hot for anybody to work in. As a person who eats at this restaurant every day I am asking to please get this air fixed.

Ordered a sandwich online. Came to pick it up 1 bag was there no receipt. I asked if this was mine and the girl at the register came over to look at the bag at that time I found the receipt below on another shelf . No sorry about that she said nothing. I think I’ll choose another location

Pros:Location is clean from my experienceStaff has always been friendly when going inCookies are deliciouscons:They don’t always accept card payments and you don’t realize this until showing up and seeing a sign on their doorOrdered 3 subs online once during operating hours and showed up to locked doors, no one in sight, emailed corporate for a refund never heard back from them. Lost money and nothing ever done about it.This use to be my favorite subway location nearby but have now shown up to only have to turn around to get cash one too many times, and placing an online order to find them closed was it for me. Sucks cause a lot of the local subways seem to have gone downhill and this one was nice and clean but service doesn’t pull through.

The girl at the register around 2:22 pm today was rude as heck because she did not feel like making sandwiches today. I understand the frustration if you’re tired but throwing and slamming the condiment bottles and rolling your eyes is rude.
