Listen, I already love me some TB, BUT this location is the best and freshest I've ever had. Friendly staff too and clean interior/exterior. Sometimes the drive thru wait is a little long, but obviously worth it to me. 5 stars.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the Dayton area 30 mins to order food and it’s never worth the wait. Save your time and go somewhere else. The staff in general needs an overhaul at this location.

I was there to pick up a Doordash order. I was told it would be right out multiple people around me told me good luck because they’ve been there for over 30 minutes before I arrived. I waited patiently for over 30 minutes before I asked again when my order would be ready the girl behind the counter got an attitude with me and told me that I can come back behind the counter and look at how many orders they have if I don’t believe them as to why they’re busy. In the 30 minutes that I waited before speaking up, a couple dozen people went through the drive-through getting their orders relatively promptly. One person in the drive-through asked to speak to the manager, and they were laughing and making fun of the person after The manager spoke to them. At that time, all worker stopped what they were doing to listen to the interaction between the manager and the person in the drive-through. After that was resolved, the manager went back to the line making food where she continued to text on her phone with her gloves on and then touching food after touching her phone. I think her name might be Cass. A combination of seeing her on her phone while complaining about being busy and two other workers standing around talking doing nothing is what prompted me to ask for my order again after 30 minutes. Again, I was greeted with an attitude for asking, but finally after 45 minutes, I was on my way. I do not know the quality of the food because it was a DoorDash order. There was also black globs of hair in the bathroom.

I just recently discovered how much I love taco bell after never having it. my boyfriend and i excitedly visited this location, prepared for yummy beans ! however, it took 25 minutes for them to get our food, nothing was full, and whoever was managing it did awful. of course, the servers themselves were ok, not incredible but they were kind and apologetic. whoever’s running that place is terrible though. they were out of a bunch of stuff, including drinks (which they did not tell us beforehand they were out of and refused to refund.) I would recommend driving the extra 8 minutes to the other nearby location :) this one didn’t do it for us unfortunately.

The worst taco bell I've been to. Lines are always long and take forever. The food is cold and crappy. And I don't wanna hear anything about post-pandemic short staffing, this has always been the case with this taco bell. Came tonight to see if it was any better and took over a half hour to get 3 tacos. Embarrassing.

Come on Taco Bell, you've jacked your prices way up and made portions smaller and if that's not bad enough , you sit there either in drive thru or inside waiting on your food for a half hour! God forbid you pay damn near $8. For a chicken quesadilla that comes with tiny bit of cheese and one, two if your lucky, little chunk of chicken! It's been like this for the last few years. I hardly ever go to Taco bell anymore. You spend $30 for two people and barely get food. Taco bell used to be my favorite. Not anymore!

Took 20 minutes to get four burritos and some fries. In no world should it ever take that long to get carryout. Despite that time they still managed to get my burritos wrong.
Please tell me why I waited in a drive thru line for 30+ mins for 4 items. This is the worst service I e had at any Taco Bell. I should have went to my normal one but was closer to this 1. I WILL never be back to this store. All of the fast food places are ridiculous can’t order at a counter never get food right and the wait is Ridiculous because you have employees that don’t know what they are doing are not doing their job. Either way this place needs better service period

Understaffed... Once we ordered our food, it took over 45 minutes to get our food. The staff were talking and laughing loudly in the back/kitchen and occasionally swearing (there were a lot of kids in the dining area). My order was given to a different customer and the staff just took it from them and handed it to me with no explanation or apology. Soda area was disgusting, probably not cleaned. Dining are was also really dirty

This location has made wonderful improvements. Both in the interior and exterior, in renovations. Looks great!! They have made huge improvements to service, accuracy, and the overall food. Great job team!!
