I'm not sure why Dayton is sleeping on Taco John's but it's amazing. Potato Oles, Taco Bravos, cold pop, what more could you want! Plus the staff is always super nice.

Just horrible. Chips were stale, cheese sauce was cold, and I mean fridge cold, not room temp cold. Food was bland. And i mean bland. Ive had more flavor in a saltine cracker. I nickname this place the Brittish attemp taco bell.
I predict this location closes in a year. Horrible customer service. Good food does not supercedes customer service. We love taco Johnson after being introduced to one by our son when we visited him in Iowa. Then we're super excited when we heard one was opening ten minutes from our house. Started ordering online and picking our food just to avoid the employees and there rudeness.

The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star is that they don't offer the Taco Burger at this location, which is my favorite TJs item. But maybe the franchise as the other ones here in Ohio don't either.

This place was pretty good when it opened. The place has went down hill. 40 min wait in the drive through and we were missing half the order. I walked in to get it fixed and took an additional 20 min just to be acknowledged. They need a completely new management team. Will not be coming back.
We ordered 4 crispy tacos, 1 soft taco. We received 5 crispy. The shells tasted like they came from gordons. The meat, was very skimpy and tasted like taco bell. The beans were straight out of the can, no milk or seasoning al all and they were stone cold. The cheese did not even melt when stirred in. Mini cheese chunks, yuck .Victor, I won't leave you!

Steer clear. Terrible service with rude employees. I said I needed a minute to decide bc I hadn’t been there before and she audibly “sighed” through the microphone. You could at least offer popular choices as a suggestion.
Food is not good. Ate it in the parking lot and it was already ice cold. Potato oles tasted like they had been cooked 2 hours ago.
Pricing is crazy for the experience and quality of food you get. I would rather spend money anywhere else but here. Never coming back.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about (although they weren't busy at all when I went), food was good and hot, and service was fast and friendly.
