I have eaten here 3 times since they opened and it is always really good. Try the super potato oles. They are loaded with all the stuff from nachos but use the fantastic potato oles for the base. It is amazing. My son and I stopped in and ate there. We ordered at the self server terminal, and when our food was ready the staff was super friendly and helpful.I would recommend! It is a nice change of pace from taco bell.

We have been to Taco John's about 6 times since they have opened and every time there is an issue. We were patient when they first opened and our orders were wrong but get it together people!Not only was our food barely warm, but after being parked for 15 minutes after waiting 10 just to place our order (mobile app order) thru the drive thru I went in and had to get our food.If you're in the mood to wait for incorrect, cold food with rude service, Taco John's has you covered.

Terrible food. Tacos tasted like over seasoned dry taco mix. Everything was too salty. Food was lukewarm. Tacos didn't have any lettuce or tomatoes they were made more like a quesadilla. Chicken was moist with a bit more flavor. Been here twice. Thought I would give them a second chance after being open for awhile. Just as bad as the first time. Waited in line for 30 minutes each time. I don't understand the popularity of this place. I'll stick with Taco Bell.

So my wife loves taco bell and she really wanted to try taco John's and we did. We both were so disappointed first and worst thing is the food was taseless and very boring, no flavor. Then during our dining in experience we had to listin to all the teenagers working playing around and saying inappropriate things, there was no manager in control at all. Needles to say me and my family will never be back and that shouldn't be a problem because I don't see them staying in business very long at all. It's like they try to copy taco bell and did the worst job ever!

I strongly advise for your sanity and mental health you do not try to engage with this Taco John’s establishment.This may sound dramatic but when I say my quality of life declined after so much as entering this parking lot I sincerely mean it.We waited for 10 min. At the speaker to order, just for a person to come on and say “are you going to order”. After restraining my GF from getting an assault charge, we then attempted to order…. roughly… 4-6 menu items, to which we were told they were out of “ole’s”, begging the question why are you open if you don’t have an ingredient that’s literally in all your items. Also they’re potatoes, get over yourself, don’t try to be fancy.Alas, we finally struck gold and found 2 menu items they had, just for the the drive thru worker to promptly read them back incorrectly, I wasn’t sure if I should be infuriated or impressed.The finale of our 5 star experience was waiting in line for 20-25 min to still be 4 cars back from the window before we mentally could not bare another minute of this godforsaken experience.Do yourself a favor… go somewhere else, anywhere else, eat trash, move to Guam. All would be more rewarding than attempting a Taco John’s run. #TacoBellStrong
We have made 4 orders in the past 2 weeks. Every single order is missing additional items we paid for and the final order was missing part of the combo meal. How hard is it to read a receipt and put the items in a bag?? This was the last time we order from here.

This is a combined review of 5 total visits since opening. The ONLY thing that has been correct collectively, and I mean ONLY thing is that they charged me correctly. 1) food has been I correct all 5 times. 2) I have ordered the same thing, trio street tacos in either chicken or steak, or mixed. 3) My olés have ranged from super salty, to super spicy. 4) I never get napkins, and 5) I never get a diet or sweet tea, no matter how many times I repeat myself The ONLY positive thing I can say, and yes I know - why do I go back and get the same thing - is because, no matter what - the food is actually good. Despite not being correct, or what I’ve ordered. Additionally, I have completed two surveys and have left a message for the manger twice before. Just know - it might all suck, but the food is good.

Walked in and could immediately hear the staff shouting obscenities. They somehow had messed up several people's orders and were trying to fix it. I ordered my food, waited about 20 minutes for it and it was made incorrectly (wrong meat) and was ice cold. $14 for one skinny burrito and some tater tots? I'll go back to taco bell next time.
