Love both Kettering and vandalia shops. Always kind and helpful food and coffee are always fresh and tasty

Warehouse for sick stomachs. Drip coffee at least 2 days old. Kids sick and wife not happy either. Food extra spicy and over priced. Lived in Kettering longer than most of these people are alive😁. I'm living in Florida but grew up here. Let's go Fairmont!! Really not great!! Targeted??

The quality of the food in my lunch was good but the portion was extremely small. The Cobb salad cost $9 + tip (for pickup) and the portion size has gotten smaller since the last time I ordered this here. The salad container looked the size of a small appetizer salad. There were hardly any toppings in the salad too. Also a small amount of lettuce. Overall just an extremely small portion considering the cost. It tasted good but I’m disappointed.

Atmosphere is good. Coffee is good but I do not recommend getting breakfast here. Their drive tru doesn’t have a cover, might be wet when you roll down your window.

Super inconsistent food. Past three times our drive-thru order has had something wrong. Our last order of avocado and egg got american and our bacon egg and cheese got pepper jack. Today, we were handed two completely wrong sandwiches, and one wasn’t even something from menu, so some other customer probably got ours. Other times we’ll get a sandwich with tomato and they stack two giant misshapen wedges that make a total mess. Its like they use a butter knife or the dude with messed up hands from scary movie works in the kitchen. And often someone gets out of control with the mayo. Honest to god its like they don’t eat food themselves or think about what they just put together.

Coffee is super winey and tastes burnt. Worst beans on planet earth.

My favorite coffee in Dayton

Hands down, one of the best coffee shops I've been to—both in Ohio and anywhere else. The prices were reasonable ($4.00 for a cappuccino, $5.00 for a specialty pour-over, and $4.00 for a homemade biscuit served with some delicious jams), and the food was amazing. Even if you're not a coffee lover, the biscuits alone make the stop worthwhile.

This place is phenomenal. They take their coffee seriously (and their food). I got a pour over and the biscuits and they were amazing. The combination of sweet and salty and a little tart on the biscuits transported me to heaven. The pourover was perfect you could actually taste the notes - oh and it was only $5. The cappuccino was also phenomenal. Super reasonable prices delicious food excellent ambiance.

Warehouse4 is a truly exceptional coffee shop in every aspect. The coffee, prepared food and baked goods are all top notch and prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the vibe is great whether I am there by myself, with my family or for a meeting.

This is where you go when you want real coffee with all the benefits. Please stop wasting your money on Starbucks. I witnessed a barista training in process just to make my pour over for $5.50. If you are going to spend $5 bucks or more on coffee (which you absolutely will at Starbucks or a lesser quality coffee shop), come try great coffee at Warehouse 4. Truly one of the best coffee houses and bakeries/cafes in the Dayton area. I have not tried their Vandalia location, but the Kettering location is consistently awesome

Love this place! I don’t drink coffee so I get the teas. The teas aren’t sweet unless you ask, they taste refreshing. I always get the sausage cheese biscuit with egg and it hits the spot every time!

I just went for coffee but quickly got reeled into the plethora of foodstuffs that were offered. I decided on the blueberry muffin along with my latte; and I was more than happy with my choices! Great coffee, great atmosphere, and even better service!

Cute place with a drive thru. The food and drinks were great!

A couple things we noticed:

-They don’t call out the name of the person for drinks only the drink name so my husband ended up taking someone’s order. He couldn’t drink it because it had whole milk in it and the girl before us was still waiting for her drink so I felt bad for her.

-We travelled in from out of town this past Sunday and planned to have lunch there in the coffee shop. We got there around 1:00 p.m. and there was no seating so be aware. We ordered our food to go but then ended up getting two bar stools in the corner. There was additional seating outside but it was rainy and cold so everyone was inside.
