They were incredibly slow. All I ordered was a burger and fry via the mobile app and was in the drive thru nearly 20 minutes. There was one car in front of me. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why they didn't pull him up. I assumed he ordered the whole menu, so imagine my surprise when they handed him one small bag that looked to only have one item in it. Then despite me telling her my name at the speaker, she didn't actually check my order in until I got to the window, so waited even longer. The sandwich which was simply meat, cheese, lettuce, ketchup, mayo and mustard was sloppily put together with an unnecessary amount of mustard. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Ordering was pretty difficult. I usually only use the app but we went in the store this time. Someone was training another employee, so hopefully they can get more organized and improve in the future.

Ordering was complicated and there was a lot of miscommunication and understanding on both parties. They didn't have chocolate frosties, which is disappointing with small kids. Someone from the drive through came in because they were missing half of their order. We ordered 2 Biggie bags, 1 with a chicken sandwich and the other with a JBC. They brought the sandwiches out late and did not give us a chicken sandwich, just 2 JBCs.

The floors were so slippery inside. I can't tell if the floor is so dirty it's slippery or if it was cleaned with dirty water/too much cleaner.

Most poorly managed Wendy’s on the planet. The employees are literally in the store fighting right now as the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. People are getting so tired of waiting that they’re just abandoning ship. Avoid this location at all cost.

7-18-25 7:40pm waited in line 10 minutes for the guy in front of me to order because he was put on hold pull up just to order a frosty told I need to wait until they’re ready. Wait another 10 minutes. Still no response. I pull around the building. They have the people pulled away from the window, so they’re not on the sensor.
I get being understaffed, but the owner needs to come in and clean house. This is the second time this has happened. Lots of decent people working there throughout the years but anymore the last time I waited 30 minutes for food I literally watched one guy work make all of it by three people stood around talking.

Unfortunately understaffed, wait was close to an hour in the drive-thru line for a digital order. However, the staff that was there was very kind and professional and apologetic about the long wait.The food was cold and the fries were greasy. With a full staff and support, this location would easily receive a 5-star rating due to the its employees' level of kindness and customer friendliness.

This is a Wendy's by my work, so keep that in mind. Honestly a lot faster than most Wendy's I've been to in the past, but sometimes they half-ass the food. I always get baconator fries and there have been a few times they just don't put cheese sauce on it without telling me they were out in the first place. One time I got potato wedges in it instead of fries. But hey, at least they keep me guessing.

I really like Wendy's but this particular location near Meijer has been having difficulty. I don't think they have enough staff, however the staff I did interact with were very kind. My food order was wrong and I didn't realize until I got home (the drive thru was the only option).

Eveytime I order here the food is wrong or cold. Today it was both. How is it the store is 7 minutes away from me and the food I get feels like it was sitting in a refrigerator?
The staff doesnt make you feel very welcome at all, it's like you're causing them grief by being there.

BY FAR, WORST WENDY’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO. Don’t go to this place past 8 PM. They don’t like to serve food nor make money. Every time I come to this Wendy’s, someone answers the drive-through window after a usual five minutes of waiting to tell me that I’m not allowed to order here. I heard McDonald’s next-door is booming with business because this place can’t serve anybody so far unimpressed with the service this places deal. I really felt like I could get a new talkie meal today, but instead, I had to go and get a Mc double which is still by far the greatest thing I’ve ever tasted. If you choose to come spend your money at this, Wendy’s, be prepared for poor customer service and long wait times.

The worst service you'll ever get anywhere at a fast food restaurant. All you have to have. There's a second grade education to work there. If you're lucky you only have to have a first grade education

Terrible terrible terrible. Will not be going back. Staff was arguing while I’m
Waiting for my drinks at the drive thru making eye contact and looking at my
Drinks sitting there that they forget to give me. Then someone acknowledges us and the person who gave us our food yells they already gave us our order. I told the person we’re just missing our drinks and pointed to them. What an awkward rude and unprofessional experience. This staff is not locked in at all.
