Your coming home after a long monday and think, i love ice cream, i love caremel, i want icecream with carmel, i need dinner, ill go to wendys, you go you order a carmel vanila frosty, you get your food and you go home, you try this long awaited frosty, and its got gross chunks in it. Did i ask for a carmel crumble frosty? No, i hate toffee and ive just spent 4.99 on it, why are you giving me this when i asked for a carmel vanila frosty? If you were unsure you couldve just asked but instead i spent money on something i hate, and didnt get my ice-cream i wanted, thanks guys. Also whats with the 15-20 minute wait? Its called fast food im expecting it to be fast, i understand waiting a little but its a bit ridiculous waiting this long and not even getting my carmel and ice-cream.

This is NOT what a chocolate brownie batter swirl Frosty w/ extra brownie batter (paid the upcharge for it!) looks like.
Sad part is that this is what I got AFTER I pointed out that it didn't have extra batter. She took it around the corner and I have a feeling she just stirred It up a bit, because it basically looks the same as it did the first time. I'm on lunch break so I don't have time to argue with her.
Even sadder, I think this was **the manager** that made it. đ¤Śââď¸. I order these all the time. I know what it's supposed to look like. This isn't it. It's supposed to have a dome lid so they can fit more brownie batter, and it should have a bunch of brownie batter when you pay extra, which I did.
It's stuff like this that explains why you guys are having to close 250 stores next year, per the news. Do better, Wendy's. Train your people, and check up on them.
The staff is great. Anytime you find a restaurant staffed you should thank them for being at work!

Not from the area but evidently we were here 6 years ago. And they're still messing up orders and for silly reasons. First the fries were cold, not luke warm, cold. Then ordered a frosty didn't get a spoon, straw or even a fork. They got the burger right. One out of three is failing.
2019
All these fast-food places are going down the tubes. They messed up our order and made us wait a ridiculously long time too remake one sandwich. The people in front of us had also gone thru the drive thru and had their order incorrectly made. So is it that they don't care, aren't listening to the order, or both?
They never answer the phone
I donât usually post reviews and when I do, itâs very rare, but this store is probably one of the worst ones Iâve ever been to. Every time I go there even if thereâs nobody inside or in the drive-through itâs at least a 20 minute wait. One day I only ordered a 10 piece nugget and I waited there for 25 minutes. Even when I pre-order on my app, it still takes forever

Paid for Daveâs double and large fries, got a chicken sandwich and small fries not just once several times I live pretty close to there and work past 5 or 6 yrs they messed up my order 50+ times I donât eat there anymore Iâll drive out of my way if I want Wendyâs.. that restaurant is no good
I hate to do this and I rarely complain. This isn't a big deal and I don't need a refund or anything.
I got a single with cheese, ketchup, and onion and didn't get any onions. All of my fries were rock hard (probably were at the very bottom). I realize it was at 10pm and I know they close at 12am, so I understand if the fries aren't going to be fresh. I just wish they didn't crumble in my hand.
I tried calling 3 times and waited until it went to the voice mail I think. I wasn't sure since there was no voice mail just a *beep* and then dead silence/no ringing.
The burger was alright though. I wanted to just let them know through phone, but I assume they were busy at that time.
People were nice and super fast. I think they got through 3 orders (including mine) within 5-7mins. I only saw 2 other people ahead of me and no one behind me.
I just didn't think it was worth the $10 since my burger wasn't made right, the fries weren't edible, and I didn't even get a drink I just got a cup of water with no ice (I wasn't sure if they were out of ice).

I'll admit that I ordered about 30 kinutes before close. I expected service that reflects this, but to say I was blown away is an understatement. The associates, Bradon and Ricky, made the entire visit enjoyable from the speakerbox all the way to the window. On top of ensuring my food was made fresh, they kept great energy and polite conversation the entire time. Definitely one of the best Wendy's I've been to in a few years!!

Worst food and customer service. The food wasn't done and they messed the order up. Lastly we waited 20 mins and we were the only ones in line
Avoid at all costs. Terribly understaffed. I wish I read the reviews before coming to this Wilmington pike location. I ordered in the app âdine inâ. Checked the box âIâm hereâ. Took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant because of traffic aaaaaaaaand still no food. I told them I was there for my order and I waited 15 more minutes while they prepared two dine in orders in front of me. Soda machine had no ice and many drink choices were blacked out. I ordered a frosty but the machine was down and the cashier appeared to think I wouldnât want a refund or replacement of some kind. Restaurant was nearly empty but while we were eating I watched an older couple walk in to order, get tired of waiting and leave because the cashier had went to the restroom and no one else felt it necessary to cover.
Itâs a fine line between good and bad in fast food. This location needs better management and the staff should pick up the pace. Seems harsh, but if one location can do it, so can you.

I ordered a Single Dave burger, waited for literally 25 minutes bc I had already paid, and my burger is literally not cooked. its completely raw. Its absolutely ridiculous I cant even get a burger after for waiting for so long, thats cooked. We already waited so long, why not add another 3 mins for the burger to be done ????
Wendyâs is such a joke. I have been trying to get a potato for years. They are âalways outâ. I did a mobile order and they didnât have the potato or frosty. You would think the solution would be can we replace those items with something else. Instead the lady just looked at me. I asked if I could get another fry and was going to ask for a lemonade but she walked away. I waited 9 minutes on those fries and was rudely given them. No offer to replace the drink or refund it. I didnât enjoy my lunch on the go because I had nothing to drink. Its sad when McDonalds service blows Wendyâs out of the water.
