Tried to order 1 topping on only a quarter of the pizza. Then Rita said I couldn't today very rudely said all of half only. Said she didn't have time for it today. Not how customer service works. Probably wont order from here again

This is my favorite place!! We ordered a good bit of food. Pizzas, subs, even mushrooms. Never had it taste as good as this place! You guys are awesome!!!

Called and ordered pizza. They said it would take no longer than 15 minutes then proceeded to take 45 minutes to finally get my pizza without even offering to make up for the huge inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Absolutely horrible customer service!

I have had a wonderful experience each time I have ordered from this Giovannis until today. The female that is working the window is a bit on the brutish side. First I received the wrong pizza. I called in and politely told her I received the wrong pizza, after a long silence she unapologetically replied with what do you want me to do about. She asked if I wanted the pizza made or credited? I responded with I can not leave work again, so I will have to take the credit. Her response was I will credit your account and then she abruptly hung up on me. This is the type of service I will not financially support.
