“Great local place to have s cold beer & great pizza. Nice patio to enjoy. Everyone was very friendly & seemed like you were part of the “Cheers” gang. Will definitely go back.”
“We eat here a lot, it's one of our family favorites. We sometimes get their pizza which is our favorite. Sometimes we get burgers and milkshakes and those are delicious too. We have not really been disappointed with anything we have tried. We usually do takeout but have eaten there a few times too and have always been happy with the service. It's a casual place and has a relaxed atmosphere. Great for a quick lunch too.Kid-friendliness: It's a great place to take kids. They love the food here.”
“Cash or check only, so be prepared. It was very busy on a Wed night. Try to sit closer to the bar, as the area near the door is used by parents as a place to let their kids cut loose. Wed must be karaoke night - there were some truly talented singers.”
“The cookies are always good, and the staff are wonderfulKid-friendliness: they have cute little cut outs so people can take pictures with them while waiting on your cookies”
“Authentic and Delicious BBQ Options at Good Price Points!Small group of 3 looking for an after work place to eat. Old Canal Smoke House did not disappoint.Arrived around 5pm and soon thereafter, the place starting filling up quickly. We know why: food and service were terrific! We went with the Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork Combo. We sampled some of the sweet BBQ sauce - WOW - and spicy (also good).Sides were coleslaw (good), corn casserole (outstanding), potato salad (good), and onion rings (delicious).Coming back to try the Meatloaf Platter, Ribs and Dessert options.”
“This was our first time eating at Garcias. We had an amazing service with Raul. The food came out quickly and tasted delicious. They have 2 types of chips and I loved the softer one. The whole experience was awesome. We highly recommend and we will definitely go back!”
“Love this place! I used to be a Jimmy John's regular, but after discover this place, I'll never go to JJs again. Much higher quality for the same price point! The food is delicious and the employees and friendly. Richie's is THE only place to go for sandwiches in ”
“The atmosphere is very welcoming ? ?. The staff was very loving and friendly ❤️. Food was immaculate.Dietary restrictions: They have something for everyone.Kid-friendliness: They have so many games that can keep your kids happy and occupied.”
“I absolutely love the Pleasant Valley Shake Shoppe. Their slaw dogs are my favorite. They have the best hot dog sauce and slaw! I love their blueberry sundae as well. The milkshakes are great as well. You’ll have a wait for the food but that’s because they make it fresh and trust me it’s worth the wait. Definitely check them out if you haven’t!Parking: If they are busy it can be somewhat difficult for parking”
“I had the maple bourbon latte, and it was excellent. A lot of flavored drinks end up having a strong sugary fake flavor vibe, but not this drink. It’s blended well and the flavor while certainly strong enough, is smooth and tastes natural. The atmosphere is great and it seems to be a local hangout. I’ll be back here when I’m in Chillicothe again.Parking: Parking can be difficult and it’s metered on the street, free only on weekends”
“they make the best donuts, period.you think you’ve had donuts but you haven’t. every donut you’ve ever had has just been a copy of what they make here.go, grab a few, and really taste the textures and flavors of culinary artistryyou’ll never settle for the copycats again”
“Consistent quality and good service. One of the only places in town where I don't worry about checking the bag before I leave. I've never had anything but good experiences and hope Cane's stays in Chillicothe for decades to come.”
“Staff was so friendly! We had the wild & wonderful and the big mack, they were delicious! Buns weren't soggy at all. We also got fries and house chips, they were very good as well! Definitely will be ordering again!”
“I love Goodwins. All their food is very good especially the Chicken! The pies are fresh, place is clean & I've never had a complaint with service.Parking: Ample parking”
“The owner, Nicole, and her husband are so amazing! A group of 6 of us came to celebrate my birthday and we tried a bunch of their wines and ciders and we never had a bad one. They were so welcoming and sweet and the meat and cheese and Mediterranean boards were so good! 10/10 recommend stopping by”
“One of the only places open on the 4th of July that was capable of hosting all the men in my large family while the women did a bridal shower. I was blown away, especially by the bar tender. I forgot her name, but not only was she able to keep up with the drinks for a full bar, but she was also the cook...and we all ordered something and it was all very good (for bar food...don't be thinking it is gourmet stuff or anything). But she made the experience exceptional!”
“Most amazing cakes you can get in central Ohio. Apple fritters are arguably the best I’ve ever had. Obviously the pumpkin donuts are a must. It’s worth the drive from Reynoldsburg to get anything from this bakery. Family owned and operated since day one. How could anyone not support this place.”
“The old standard blue collar bar in town. Cheap drinks and good food without a deep fryer. Good juke box as everything connected via internet. Dad would come here after softball games. My Grandma would cook there and is said to have started the cold weather Potato soup on Fridays, although the recipe now is slightly different but really good.”
“We entered Malley's In The Alley to hip hop playing, walked to the back where we entered a hallway, which turned out to be a wormhole to another bar where folk/bluegrass was being played by a live band. This I presume was Crosskeys Tavern? We played pinball on their Iron Man machine (which sets on what was once the stage at The Blue Monk in the 90s) for a series of games & enjoyed some drinks. People were friendly (in both bars). We exited through the front door afterwards. It was generally a real swell time.”
“Went here on my way home a trip and it was definitely worth the stop! The food was priced well and you’ll leave with with a good amount of left overs. The gyoza was good and hibachi will fill you up within a few bites. If the hibachi had just a bit more flavor I’d give it 5 stars and I’m very willing to give it another try!”
“Awesome little local shop in Chillicothe. Lots of selection and friendly service. The shop was very clean. We went near the end of the day and not much was opened, but this cute little spot was and we enjoyed every bite.”
“One of my favorite places. Great atmosphere. Love coming here for any get together. Lately been coming here to drink coffee and play chess. They don't mind "loiterers" ?”
“It wasn't bad. Pretty reasonable prices for a local business and food was hot. Here is their menu, I didn't get a chance to look through their menu but looks like they have many options”
“First time diner! I have had a lot of quality meals in my life have traveled widely for food and can say that bells farms which is in my hometown is a hidden gem. Quality of the meats matches the cooking techniques and the gra y on the top is the friendliness of the staff.the menu variety is outstanding and a reason to come back again and again”
“Food was decent, served as ordered. Place is small, not busy at the time, several loud bar patrons were a little annoying, even for a bar setting. Wait staff was efficient and friendly, just right. $3 PBR drafts brought back good memories. Would return when in the neighborhood.”
“Alright so I got the Wagyu and I've had their CBR Fries. The wagyu burger was really good, the meat itself had good flavor and texture. The CBR fries were ridiculously good. The fries themself were good and seasoned as was the chicken in the CBR fries.I love this place and it's always done as ordered. Support this food with your hard earned money”
“I have placed a few online orders, every single one has been beyond my expectations. You do pay slightly more for their product than you would at a chain store, but it’s shopping small and the quality of their product is absolutely unmatched. The order is always ready for me when I get there and everyone is so friendly!”
“If you're looking for a non-chain sub-shop, this is your pick. Other reviews can regale you with their selections, but for me, it's the meatball sub, which reminds me of the grinders I've gotten on the East Coast. The sauce is perfect, and the meatballs are delicious, but the bread steals the show. My wife opts for the Italian Sub and loves it every time. I've also got a good Philly sub here. There is no cheese whiz, but it's close to the recipe. Inside the place is nothing to write home about. One big drawback: You might miss the place because the owner hasn't changed the sign, which says "The Mill pizza" out front. It gives the impression that it's not open, or about the close. It was acceptable for a few months, but after years, it's time to invest the sign, my guy.”
“We were traveling from Columbus to Southern Ohio/ West Virginia... We order 60 some White castles and the staff and employees were more thanAccommodating and patient in the food was delish!! ♥️”
“Steve's Village Inn is hands down the most budget friendly for dining out in the Pickaway/Ross county area without sacrificing flavor. The food is always hot and on point. The waitresses are kind and attentive, and you can play a game of billiards while waiting for your meal. Whether you want a very filling, delicious breakfast or a hot, delicious pizza without breaking the bank, Steve's Village Inn is the place for you!”
