Rōst Coffee is a gem and a lovely coffee spot in Chillicothe, described as a 3rd wave coffee oasis. The beautiful, cute space offers seating inside and out, though the newer location feels a bit more cramped yet warmer and more inviting. The staff are consistently polite, attentive, and kind.
The coffee is excellent, wonderful, fantastic, and the best, with praise for the regular drip, brown butter latte, cappuccino, and seasonal drinks. Specific offerings include the Cubano, pourovers of Guji, Huila, and Costa Rica on V60, and pre-bottled drinks. The food is also delicious and tasty, with mentions of the toast, acai bowls, pastries, Breakfast Burrito, and a fabulous trail cookie. The desserts look amazing, and whole-bean coffee is available.
