Lievita has been ranked top 25 in the world and top 3 in the Midwest for pizzas which prompted me to try it out. The first visit was very good, and the pizza was of high quality. However, a recent visit turned out to be a major letdown. I was kept waiting for almost 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, and upon getting home I found the food to be cold. Was not worth the price. The pizza was okay. Disappointed that the tip was included on a to go order.
Food is great but the service I have received the past few times is not it.
