DO NOT go to this restaurant ! They DO NOT care about their handicapped customers. Awful experience. So bad that when I got home it was eating at me so I thought I should call and let the owner know. I came in and Robin said she was not taking any more orders.
We had never been here before and wanted to give it a try. We ordered a salad, a 10" Bella Vita, a 14" pepperoni and a beer. The salad came out and was delicious and a reasonable portion. The pepperoni pizza came out and we were told the Bella Vita was missing. We had completed our meal before the Bella Vita came. At this point we were completely finished with our drinks and pizza. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Fire And Stone Pizzeria, located in the historic downtown of Chillicothe, offers a delightful dining experience. Known for its hand-made, made-to-order pizzas, the restaurant uses a live fire pizza oven, resulting in crispy and well-cooked dough. The menu includes a variety of options, such as the Godfather and The Works, as well as appetizers like meatballs, which are praised for their taste and quality. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, making it a great spot for families and individuals alike. Customers praise the excellent food, with the open-fire pizza offering a unique taste, and the friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant also offers a great selection of beer, IPAs, and wines, though it is primarily considered a family-friendly establishment. Notably, the restaurant has gluten-free crust options that are baked in a separate oven to avoid cross-contamination, catering to those with dietary restrictions. Fire And Stone Pizzeria is a must-visit for anyone in the area, with customers describing it as one of the best pizza places in the town.
