Cash or check only, so be prepared. It was very busy on a Wed night. Try to sit closer to the bar, as the area near the door is used by parents as a place to let their kids cut loose. Wed must be karaoke night - there were some truly talented singers.

I go into Giovanni's for my pick up instead of their drive thru window, it located in the back of the bldg. This is the Kingston, O store. Always hot, smells so good, I sometimes sample it on the way home! I don't recall any person being dissatisfied with them.Kid-friendliness: No vulgar acts, language, or anything disrespectful to women and children, EVER. Great family place, even grandma likes to go in for lunch!

So, I order here a lot and the last order, it was late and I placed a order and when I got it, it wasn’t done, it was doughy. I called and they credited the pizza, not the calzone or their cold wings I ordered, cool! That was fine bc normally the food is good. When I called to make my next order, they didn’t just cook it, they made sure they sent it burnt. The wings were so burnt, there was no meat or bread on them. Please see attached pics. This stunt lost my complete business. It’s a shame.

Best pizza I've ever had. My all time favorite. I love the standard pepperoni and extra cheese, but I've never had a pizza from there I didn't love!
