Had a Birthday party there recently. Sausilitos catered it. Food was absolutely unedible. Sausage and chicken were tough and dry. Green beans were hard as a rock. Waste of money

Booking here was exciting for me. It's close to home and such a pretty venue. The back in fall is gorgeous! I had some nerve wracking moments tho. Mostly with communication and staff changes for my main contact. In the end Melina was our person and she was amazing! So helpful and really made the day work smoothly and perfect! Rama was the head chef and the food was amazing also! So many people loved the food and told me how good it was. I had 2 GF guests and they said their food was great too. They even treated the kids extra special. My sisters told me they got them milk and cut up strawberries in little bowls special for them. My niece and nephews loved it! A friend got there early and they let her stay inside and got her daughter a nice piece of their cake while they waited for us. The bartenders were super fun and friendly as well! I enjoyed chatting with both ladies. Several guests have mentioned how great they were! Everyone was very accommodating and helpful, making sure we were happy and everything was perfect for our evening! Thank you Sausalito and the Kirtlander for knocking our wedding day out of the park!

This place failed big time! My best friend had a wedding here on 9/23/23. Charlotte was in charge of things. For the wedding. She never showed or had someone take her place on the 22nd for the rehersal or the wedding day. The room where we were shown to change and line up never got cleaned and stuff moved out the days prior. Bridal party had to get dressed in the actual bar prior to opening. My daughter actually got glass in her foot and bled all over her dress and the area we walked. Took forever to get anyone to bring a first aid kit. An injury report was never made with any of them for her injury that technically is usually always done anywhere someone gets hurt in a place of business. Speakers were never set up according to the agreement. The speaker that they did offer last minute was a fire Hazzard. Phones had to be played for music while the bride walked out. They didn't replace e that one until well later in into the evening. Food was cold from start to finish. Bathroom stalls in the females bathroom kept being locked from the inside out . Kids had to climb under to repeatedly unlock them so woman could use the bathroom. A few guest witnessed the employees drop meat as well as lids on floor and still serve it. Charlotte as well as the owner accused the bride of lying when she was just wanting to speak to them about the situation. They are rude as hell and glad we will never ever have to deal with these trashy people again. Your customer are telling you what happen and you defend your employees instead of looking into the situation. That's poor business management. They were not saying the owners were the guilty party they were looking to get an apology and to let ypu have a chance to fix those issues so they do not happen to anyone else. But now I hope karma takes care of the situation. Funny cause even some of your own employees vent about this place to other buisness about how awful your company is. Yall suck! Also ypu absolutely lied about the officer being there with an open bar. Or some stuff going on outside wouldn't have been going on You guys are the liars. .when ypur paid to do an event someone is ment to be there period.

Great place for a wedding

Food was great fresh and homemade.

Had an appointment to see them for our wedding. To set up the initial appointment took 4 weeks. We went to go meet them today and we went to the door to find ot locked. Okay that's fine. Then we called and no response. We waited 30 mins and still nothing. This is unprofessional and we are honestly disappointed. My fiance was not impressed with the way this was handled.

I went to a scrapbooking event here. The food was good and there was a lot of room,for what we were doing. Nicely decorated, plenty of room to park and nice restrooms!

I recently attended the lake County Farm Bureau dinner at the Kirtlander. I was very pleased with the updated decor and cleanliness of the venue. The food was hot and very tasty. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Absolutely a venue to look into if you are needing to host an event.

omg... what an amazing venue! we had our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and they EXCEEDED my expectations! Great food and incredible staff and an overall AMAZING experience. I cant say enough good things... and whats even more imppetant my daighter was beyond happy. thank you Jason and Shannon... we will DEFINITELY use you in the future.
