I came in here just hoping to get a sandwich and left with the best italian sandwich I could have asked for. My dad's burger was great and the meatball they gave me also phenomenal. You can tell these people care about flavor and food. Super kind people, hope they're open again next time I'm around!
I was in Kirtland for the Ninja conference (if you are thinking that you didn't know there was a ninja conference that is because we are ninjas) and after a 2 day battle with other ninjas I was starving, so I stopped in to Down the Block. I asked the owner what I should eat and he said to try the chicken parm. Wow, is all I can say! Amazing food, outstanding customer service all around great place. Highly recommend the meatballs.. it’s the holy grail to meatballs.. Hands down the best I ever had.
