Haven’t wrote a review in a while but it’s my second time here for the wings and the patty melt. I always get the sauce on the side anywhere I go like I did here. The wings are always the right kind of crispy without even asking. This place is a hidden gem in the hopes that it stays hidden for its character as the locals are a great part of it. I’m only writing this review because of the 2 bad reviews I saw. I just don’t see that being possible.

I like this tavern but every time the owner isnt working and its the chubby bartender she runs my card for an extra 20 dollars. Last time it happened they told me to dispute the charges. I just won't go back. There is never many people anyway.

Service is always good as well as the food. It's a small building but they at the same time have plenty of seating. Good food, good laughs, and cold beer! What more do you need?

The food was pretty good for a bar / restaurant. I ordered a steak which was cooked exactly how I asked for it. My husband got stuffed peppers and they were great. Friendly atmosphere. Together with drinks it was $48. I would go back again

Met my son-in-law for lunch, as we sat outside on the front porch enjoying the day I decided to try the new "Chunky Hunky", their answer to the dearly beloved, and now gone, Joe's Hungarian burger.Was a decent imitation but I feel needs to be refined if it wants to compete head to head. Found it to be a bit "dry" for my taste and could have used a few more onions & shrooms.Ordered fries on the side and they were crispy & plentiful. Our hostess, Amanda, was on spot and pleasant, a true delight.❤️My son in law had the stuffed peppers and the chicken sandwich, both were "DEEELICIOUS", according to him!! I hear the tacos & wings are more reasons to stop at the LaGrange Tavern, guess I need to go back!!!
