We have not ordered pizza from Village for 5 or so years as they were under cooked. To day I was passing by and tried to order again. Same under cooked pizza, plenty of cheese and fresh toppings but still doughy.

A great place to get a pizza! We have been twice when in town for soccer tournaments and have had great experiences both times. The gluten free pizza was good too!

Ordered a half sheet pizza and had corners that were just dough. The driver mixed up my order and gave me wings instead of the sandwich I ordered. He came back about 30 minutes later and took the wings back. I really hope he threw those away and didn't deliver them to the original customer.

I ordered $36 worth of food on Saturday night at 8:20 PM. The guy told me it would be 40 to 50 minutes. At 9:30 I called back and they said he had just left with several orders but they couldn’t give me a time as to when he would be delivering. I called again at 10:30 and she said he was out for delivery but still could not give me an exact time on when he would be there. I had both my front door and my back sliding patio door open, waiting for this food which never came. At 11:30 I left the house and put a sign on my front and back door instructing the delivery driver to leave the food since they were so late and I had to leave. It never came. The manager and owner of this establishment refused to refund my money stating that they have a no refund policy and that the delivery driver attempted to deliver my food at 10:40. I was at home with all the lights on and both doors open. They claim he was at the correct address. He never showed up. They offered to give me a store credit, but I have never ordered from them before and I will never order from them again after this being my first experience. The delivery driver was never at my house, but even if he was at my house at 10:40 PM as they claimed he said he was, he was still an HOUR and 40 minutes late delivering the food. I should receive my money back off of that alone. I told the manager I would dispute the charge on my credit card and leave a one star Google review and she replied, “whatever helps you sleep at night.” Terrible way to run a business. I am not someone to complain EVER but as a business owner it’s imperative you set realistic expectations for your customers when they’re placing orders for delivery. If it’s a two or more hour wait, the customer should be informed immediately before placing the order. If they’re so short staffed that they can’t take any more orders or deliveries, that should also be relayed to the consumer prior to placing an order. Feels like common sense.

Not gonna lie, I had to do a little slight begging to get the owner to start delivering to Spencer but I think (and hope) we make it worth their drives. We order probably at a minimum once a week if not every other. It’s our go to staple when we don’t feel like cooking after a long day of work. Pizza is fantastic, wings are always amazing. The square points on top of it are also a nice bonus to earn free items. Give them a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed!! Pics are from tonight’s small dinner (but we usually get a pizza with this, we just weren’t as hungry today)

Placed an order at 5:03pm estimated 45-1 hour - delivered at 7:00pm. Ordered combo - pizza, boneless wings, and cheesy bread… pizza toppings were incorrect, wings had a drizzle of sauce on them, cheesy bread was fine. 😕

Waited 2 hours for the delivery and got an overcooked pizza that was hard to chew, the gyro and salad had disgusting brown pieces of lettuce in them and the wings were undercooked and had to be put in the air fryer. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was really bad. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill since it changed owners. Used to be great. ☹️
ordered a large salad add chicken, thought it would either be boneless wing a couple or some grilled chicken. it was chopped cold chicken added to the salad. was not impressed.

Had to update my previous 5 star rating. Was based on previous owners with fantastic pizza. Sadly, those days are long gone. I have tried new owners three or 4 times with the same results. Horrible. The sauce is awful. Last time (August 2024) I gave the cheesey bread a try, hoping with no sauce that it would be edible. I had one piece and had to throw it out, which I hate to waste food, but had no choice. This, IMO, is absolutely the worst food in all of Lorain County. Don't waste your money.

Beautiful little restaurant. every time I've been in it's been take out and I live 15 to 20 minutes away but every time I open the box when I get home it's still steaming hot and perfect.
