The original Mexican “hole in the wall” restaurant. I remember when it was literally the only Mexican restaurant in the area, circa 1980. Decent quality, tasty, very reasonably priced Mexican plates. Service is usually excellent. We love the burritos which are simple. No corn salsa, no overstuffed mountains, just beef or beans with cheese. Also don’t miss their chips and queso, very unique. Not a fan of their homemade salsa but everything else there is solid, reliable comfort...
El Carlos is a must go to when in Lake Milton, Ohio. My favorite is the Chile con Queso cheese dip appetizer! Our lunch was served hot and with a smile. The restaurant is clean.... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been eating here since 1983...this is the best Tex-Mex..in our area..chips are great..question is awesome...the yellow melt cheese rules...nice atmosphere..the one waitress has been there forever..it is my best..
