Cozy little coffee shop with a great patio known for its signature affogado drink, espresso served over soft serve ice cream. The location is pleasant and the staff are charming, but the food and drink leave something to be desired. It's a better place for a sweet treat than for a high quality cup of coffee. Children will love this place but coffee snobs like myself may not.I wanted a dark roast but it seemed like they only had one roast. Not awful but not good, however, it was really pleasant to wait outside with my dog while my friend ordered for us.Service can be a bit unprofessional at times but that's kind of normal in Lakeside.

Soft ice cream here has changed. This can't be Tofts. More like ice milk. Used to be excellent. I ordered chocolate cone. Got the swirl. Can't you get just chocolate? Hubby got orange swirl. Wanted orange. 7pm Fri August 18.

Very good icecream if you are into great icecream.

Ordered orange crush float. Cost $4.50. Which wouldn't be bad for something a little special. Received a cup with some soft seve vanilla ice cream. I looked at at girl and told her what I ordered. She pointed to cooler with cans of soda . I literally poured a can of soda on soft serve ice cream.

Ice cream is always good but prices are getting out of control.

Best coffee/lattes in the area! Super friendly staff and great tasting coffee. They have pastries and ice cream as well. You must try this place. We will be back!

Delicious drinks and pastries, friendly staff, and an absolutely gorgeous patio. Their pricing was also quite reasonable, especially for a vacation destination. Visiting Coffee & Cream each morning and savoring our drinks outside was one of the highlights of our visit to Lakeside!

If your in lakeside this is a must, great service, and amazing coffee. They also serve velvet ice cream.
This is a cute little corner spot where you can get ice cream or coffee drinks, hence the name. We originally came here in the evening time and got some delicious orange sherbet ice cream. I then came back the next morning in search of coffee. They have a pretty nice size menu of both hot and cold coffee drinks. I opted for just regular coffee, which I then had to add a large amount of cream to because it was so strong/ bitter. That being said, it's a great spot to get ice cream or a coffee drink if that's what you want.

The barista was very friendly and the drinks were wonderful. I highly recommend trying the cheese danish. I hate overly sweet pastries and my partner told me their danishes aren't too sweet so I thought why not give it a try. I'm really glad I did. It was flakey and well made and the cheese center was excellent. Best cheese danish I've ever had.

Coffee and Cream is the perfect place to get some excellent coffee or ice cream (or a mix of both...Trust me!). The staff is super friendly and personable. The space is super cozy and has the perfect vacation/relaxation feel you'll love to come back to. There is also a gorgeous outdoor seating area! Elaina was especially helpful and friendly in picking new things she thought we'd like to try! We have loved being in Lakeside each summer for years and are reminded each summer how much we love Coffee and Cream. Take it from some Lakeside regulars, you won't want to miss visiting Coffee and Cream!!
