Good food and a variety of food to choose from. Good customer service. We went on my son's birthday and they offers free meals and a dessert for people celebrating their birthday. I believe they have even offered a military discount for my son.

You have to buy a pass to enter the little town it’s in. That would be nice to know before heading out that way.

Old school, American restaurant with classic dishes and great donuts. I got the chicken and noodles which was a American throwback meal and tasty.

Can you get in without paying $33 for a gate fee?????

My son ordered “Superman” Ice Cream, which has no peanut butter in it. Halfway into it, he said he tasted peanut butter and began to get sick in the street. I brought this to the attention of staff and they dismissed this claim. I suggested they stop serving the ice cream and toss it in case there is someone with a more serious peanut allergy who gets served the batch of ice cream, but staff and the manager dismissed it again. Just be careful when ordering in the future.

It ain’t fancy, yet you’ll rarely be disappointed with the atmosphere. Simple and basic breakfast lunch and dinner, plus some of the best pastries (donuts) on the south shore of Lake Erie. We’ve been seasonal patrons for about 10 years and always come away yearning for more.
