The Shores Club Restaurant (Private)

Just spent an awesome day at Baypoint Resort & Marina and I’m already counting down until we’re back! Caught The Visitors playing at the tiki bar and they absolutely crushed it! Such a fun, high energy set. The whole vibe was immaculate, from the music to the water views, and the bartenders were on point. Seriously, we love everything about this place. Hoping The Visitors are back again soon because we’ll definitely be there! 🎶🍹

We were hesitant to try this place because of the bad reviews but we didn't find anything to complain about. The service was good, the food was excellent and the views were beautiful. When the kids were finished eating, they played in the sand right beside us while the adults relaxed with another drink. It was perfect!

Service was excellent and food was very good. Good value and portion size was worth the price. We will definitely return.

This place lacks any type of customer service and also can’t always guarantee they will be open which isn’t the best because those that are here pay to be so you’d at least expect the amenities to open to take more of your money

Northeast changed here; each year they get a new restaurant manager, and each year the cooking, service, and pricing suffers. They stopped serving Stella beer because they keep running out of it. So instead of increasing supply, they got rid of it. Recently, they removed wings from the menu because no one could figure out how to cook them properly. So sad, the atmosphere is beautiful, but you can't cook wings?! We pay a premium to belong here, get it right!!

Baypoint Marina, you've done it again! Tonight's experience at your private beach was nothing short of amazing. The sound of the waves, the fresh air, and the stunning views made for a perfect ambiance. And let's talk about 'Master T.C. and the Visitors' - they had us all on our feet and singing along to their incredible music! The energy, the talent, the vibe - everything was on point. The entire evening was unforgettable, and I can't thank Baypoint Marina enough for hosting such a memorable event. You guys rock!

I understand from the reviews that many people walk away with a bad experience. That said, my friends and I had a great meal here. I got the perch platter, which, while expensive, was well worth it. We shared pretzel sticks that beat or compete with any I’ve had. The drinks were okay. The waitstaff was responsive and professional. I had a great time, and only afterward looked at the reviews: this restaurant deserves a better rating. My friends and I had a great experience here.

This is part of a private community so we drove out of our way to be told we can’t even eat there. Shouldn’t be listed on google maps as an option.

Oof. I love Bay Point but the Shores Club restaurant shouldn't even pretend to be open... They don't answer the phone. They aren't open during posted hours. Long waits and untrained service when they are open. It's such a shame because this would be a good (well, at least super convenient) location for a well-run restaurant.

It was a slow Sunday afternoon at the Shores Club today. We got right in without a wait and sat down where we waited about 13 minutes until a waitress came over. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Nearly a half hour later, the drinks came out (minus 2 of them they forgot). Then immediately after, the appetizers came out. We had to ask three times where our drinks were and we were told “they’re being made” when we can literally see the bartenders standing there doing nothing at all. The food finally came out a while later and the young man that brought us the food was the best worker we met today. Asking for dressings was like pulling teeth and finally after 4 times we got our dressing. Sadly, our group agreed that the membership cost to belong to Bay Point is just not worth it anymore. Better food for better prices elsewhere on the water. I would expect the service we received today from some dump in the ghetto not next to multi-million dollar homes on beautiful Lake Erie.
