When I originally contacted her, Shavon connected me with her colleague who specializes in cake pops. I was all set to use her colleague until the new vendor got COVID days before our wedding. Shavon jumped in to save the day and really came through for us! I was so impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and skill. We are so grateful for her taking this on at the last minute during the holidays. I would not hesitate to use her for any future project and look forward to sending business her way!

Inquired through Yelp and got a response fairly quickly to email them. Shavon was super quick in responding, even though I ordered the cake I wanted only a few days before I needed it. I sent about three pictures of inspiration of how I wanted the cake, and everything was taken care of after that. Cake was delivered on time and looked great! I also love how there's a big variety of flavors to choose from.

Birthday cake, a custom design Shavon put together based on a suggested theme ("fireworks over Mount Rushmore") was gorgeous and delicious! Guests couldn't believe the illustration of Mount Rushmore on the cake was fully edible! Shavon was a superb communicator and the cake was delivered on time despite a staff health emergency- above and beyond the call of duty. I'd give her six stars if I could!

Our wedding cake Savon the owner said it could be done, cake was late it looked horrible, cake was stale and dry, design nothing like we had ordered, the edible flower and leaves plastic two roses . We had a wooden stand it was going to go on nope ! Savon until this day has not contacted us to make it right . The worse thing my invoice and her word did not meet expectations. 1500.00 for this

I don't know what the hell is wrong with this place. I've sent 2 inquiries and called TWICE for a cake for DECEMBER -LAST MONTH! I even showed up to the store which is CLOSED! I was assured I would get an email in 3 days... never happened. Was assured I would get an email in a few hours.. never happened, even texted them, never got back to me... suddenly I get email saying sorry we are booked and closed for October and November. That makes no sense, my inquiry is for DECEMBER! The old owners of Jen's cakes sold it so it's under new ownership and obviously they cannot handle the amount of customers. It's really ridiculous, don't waste your time, go somewhere else!

First of all we agreed on the delivery time at the exact time we were waiting for, I called Shavon and she said she would be late by an hour, an hour passed, I still dont get cake called her again but phone cannot be reached, i called the other number and it was Nancy she said there was a problem with the driver, so it took about an hour and half when the cake arrived. The cake was very dry, the taste was cheap to think how many hundreds i paid. none of the guests said that the cake was delicious, everyone was dissapointed, waste of money dont order here and they ruined our party.

Shavon was so responsive throughout the planning process, from coordinating a tasting box to providing suggestions on size/style of cake as our guest count changed. She perfectly recreated the look we were interested in from just a couple photos. Jen's Cakes also knew the venue well making delivery super smooth on our wedding day. All of our guests absolutely loved the cake and many went back for seconds! We were planning on saving the top tier for our anniversary, but it's so tasty we might eat it and just order a fresh cake next year!

I wanted to love the cupcakes, I ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes for $72. There were mini, an inch in diameter. When I told people how much I spent on the cupcakes, I was made fun of and told they weren't even that good.

I've had Jen's Cakes bookmarked since my wedding in 2019. When it came time to plan my son's first birthday party, I knew I wanted to reach out to Jen's Cakes and nobody else. I ordered a two-tiered racing themed cake, smash cake, cupcakes, and cookies. About 2 weeks before the party, I went in and met with Shavon to brainstorm the design of the cakes/cookies. I also had very specific dietary restrictions for the cake/cupcakes (no sugar, no salt). Shavon was able to accommodate all my requests. I was honestly shocked when I saw the cakes. Her cakes are stunning. (And they also taste good!)The best part of my order were the cookies. I ordered a total of 4 dozen cookies (various shapes/designs). They were delicious (not the least bit dry!) AND all so beautifully decorated. I've attached a photo of the cookies and you can also see part of the cake in the background.If you want a beautiful custom cake and/or custom sugar cookies, don't bother searching anywhere else. Shavon and her team are truly talented and also the nicest people!

I was called everywhere to find someone that can do a baby shark cake and luckily found Jen's bakery. She had several orders but still Managed to take in one more to make my sons day even more special. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and the cake looks better than the picture I sent her. The cake was tasty (she recommend Lemon with raspberry cheese filling) and looked amazing. I want to thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

We attended a friend's birthday party this weekend and Jen's Cakes provided two gorgeous and delicious tasting cakes. The first cake was a banana flavored white cake and the 2nd a chocolate cake with bananas and whipped cream filling. I love chocolate, so you know I especially loved the chocolate cake.
