Been a few times, first few times were great! Decided to make reservations for my birthday with family. Once we arrived, our table wasn't ready (which is annoying but not the end of the world). We ended up crammed in the back between a table and bar waiting. Waited around 40 minutes until our table was ready even with a 7 pm reservation. They said they would comp us a dessert for our wait (they ended up not comping the dessert, but we waited 20 minutes for the check so we ended up paying for it instead of waiting for our server to come fix it). Food was extra salty-unlike prior times before. Service was very slow but like I mentioned they were busy so keep that in mind. I will be back, but not on a special occasion or with family, just for a girls night or something more casual :)

We've been here multiple times, always had good pasta, but last night was a disappointment. The Spicy Vodka Rigate was straight tomato sauce, zero spice, zero salt and the chicken was extremely chewy. The Lemon Chicken Primavera was not tasty or creamy. And the server didn't even bother to offer grated parmesan when all the others servers were. When we asked her if they changed anything in the menu or the chef, she was shocked after we explained how bad the food was. She went and spoke with her manager and told us that they will take care of part of the check by giving us a discount, but when she gave us the check no discount was applied.We just paid and still tipped her the 20% because we just wanted to get out of there.Definitely not recommending or visiting this place no more, maybe it's time to try other Italian places.

The food here was amazing and the service was even better. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat downtown but the combination of opening day, the eclipse, and it being a weekday made it impossible to find somewhere downtown, so we “settled” for bar Italia. But as soon as we walked in we realized we made the right decision. The bartender Jessica is amazing at what she does and is so personable and hardworking. The food was so so so good, the bread, lemon parm chicken, and bolognese were to die for. The key lime pie was awesome!! We will be back!! Make sure to ask for Jessica!

Got the golf shrimp spaghetti and it was incredibly disappointing. The pasta wasn’t fresh and was stuck together. The picture shows one of the many clumps in the pasta. Also, the shrimp pieces were cut and not full pieces

Very good service. Food was just ok, in my opinion, for the price. I can get better italian food elsewhere. Modern but comfortable atmosphere. I did like the 12 month prosciutto with ricotta appetizer. Happy hour is a plus.
