I wish they had more locations. I've been going here for years for a morning pastry and coffee, but recently this place has become so popular that it's not uncommon to find lines out the door. And not without good reason, because they bake just about everything from scratch. They actually have REAL blueberry muffins (not cupcakes with blueberry chips as is found just about everywhere else). Don't ever change that! The rating is for the food; if there's a drawback, it's no longer a quiet place to relax and chill due to the crowds, and the seating is limited - better for 1-2 people than bigger parties.

The raspberry croissant is the best that I tried!! The raspberry shortbread is really good as well!! A good value for your money as well! Chocolate Chip cookies need to try them as well!!!
The bakery here is the real deal. Truly skilled bakers. I love the sticky buns which seem to be croissants with delicious sweet cinnamon added in the layers. The pecan ones are fantastic but the regular ones are too! The mocha is the best mocha in Cleveland. It's real chocolate. To me it tastes like a lovely dark chocolate. Go here! It's so good.

As a master baker of 36 years and bakery owner for 18 years, I have found my new favorite bread place, the sourdough was fantastic, a loaf didn’t last to long at our house, service was good, clean shop, this will be our weekly must go to for breads.

Is it so hard just to be nice? I was met with an eye roll when I wasn’t immediately ready to order. Grabbed a baguette, went to the checkout and asked if I could add two more croissants The look I received was of utter disgust I still tipped 15% for someone to do nothing more than hand me two croissants that were already made up and ring me up. I said thank you to the girl that grabbed the croissants. She just turned her head. Never received a thanks for the tip or for coming in and spending my money. My wife has brought things home from this bakery often, it was my first time visiting. Probably just continue going to Breadsmith based on how I was received today
