Went here for the eclipse. It got packed out of nowhere but the service was great even though I know the staff there were running their butts off. Food was great as well as the beer selection.

Absolutely lousy service. The manager and one server were out of control, had a meltdown, and were hostile when they're busy. Be prepared to compromise on anything you want and be disappointed with out of stock beers and buns.The reply by the owner is completely wrong and is covering for bad service. Never was even served it was that bad. You can tell by the way a business handles customer service by their replies....

Buckeye is an absolutely amazing place. It is so great we went back a second night on my trip to Cleveland. I wish I could tell you what to get but everyone ordered something different each night and we all left super happy! You won’t go wrong hitting up this gem in Ohio!
Went there yesterday. Open booths. They wouldn't sit us (a disable man with oxygen) said the was a wait of 15 to 20 minutes because they had the patio open .Huh? We left . But suddenly the rest of the the line behind us was sat.Just wow who manages this place .Loss my business

Food was horrible in my opinion, I didn’t go in thinking it would be a fine dining experience but still I left incredibly disappointed. What drew me to this place was the Nashville chicken sandwich and the hot honey. However, I don’t know what hot honey the people who own this place have tried, because whatever they’re serving is NOT hot honey at all… it’s watered down hot sauce. Horrible. Chicken was over cooked and the garlic hot sauce wings were disgusting. Fries and ranch were okay though. I would not go back.

I just wanted to say after being very ill for a month, I finally made my way back to an appetite. I just pictured that schnitzel dinner while driving from the east side over to the west. The 1st bite was soooo good. It was the first meal I've been able to get in. I left so happy. My husband and son loved their's too. I can't believe how much I ate because I just came off of starvation lol. So happy I didn't have to cook and did I tell you, I'm so happy ☺ Thank you staff and kitchen. Hugs!

Always liked this place but wasn't happy with my experience last night. Went with a friend and sat at the bar. My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla and after a few bites she realized there was no chicken in it. When we told the bartender, she went back to the kitchen and told us that there was nothing that they could do about it, even though all we asked for was some grilled chicken.My advice - I have over 30 years in the restaurant industry - WRITE down an order so the customer gets what they ordered. And, if you mess up, FIX IT. There was no excuse not to do so. It will be awhile before I go back.
