During the power outage they had a garbage bag in the urinal collecting pee..sink mirror missing..and no soap..discouraged to eat anything they were making..left right away..

Went to the Madison BK on 01/11/2025, around 6 :10 p.m. Worst experience ever. The white, tall lady with the red hair fixed the food. As I was leaving, she pulled out her phone with gloves on. The food made me sick to my stomach. Phones carry a lot of germs.
Worst BK I ever been to. Spent 20 min in the drive through with one person in front of me and 10 of those minutes were at the window where no one took my money. Y'all are awful.

We truly appreciate the staff and it's because of them that made this location stand out above the rest! so I go there get a whopper with cheese,bacon and only mustard LG combo and large chicken fry he gives me a pop my food but no French fries tells me I didn't order combo ok but ends up giving me the fries well I start to drive down the street decided to check sandwich and it has mayonnaise on it with the mustard take it right back and they wouldn't do anything until I went back to car and bring the receipt in well they decide to .ake sandwich only this time no cheese I don't know what is going on but damn try a little
